Unacceptable behavior from staff My experience was shocking and unacceptable. While this doesn’t pertain to their HVAC services, an employee wearing the company shirt was caught on camera stealing my blue dirtbike from my porch a 125 cc. Attempts to contact the business were futile as their phone number doesn’t work, and no one responds. This reflects incredibly poorly on their integrity and accountability. Completely disappointed.

Scott came out within an hour. Actually less than an hour. Did a thorough check on my AC unit. I had another company out a week ago and that tech said he checked things etc but there's no difference in the AC, the temps in my house. It was still hot! Scott came today and actually checked and worked on my unit and he showed me the difference in the temps and an actual 22° split! The unit is working better already. Thank you a million times Scott! Give this man a raise!

Logan Bridge did a fantastic job! I’ve partnered with Viking Heating and Air for several years and have never had a negative experience. Their technicians are highly experienced, professional, and consistently provide excellent service. One thing I especially appreciate is their honesty - they always recommend repairs before replacements whenever possible, and never try to upsell unnecessary equipment or services. It is rare to find a company that combines expertise with integrity the way Viking does. I confidently refer them to colleagues in the business every chance I get.

Scott is by far the most thorough and complete technician we have had since working with Viking! All of the technicians have been great, but Scott took customer service and attention to detail to a complete other level! My house was not cooling off in. He took the time to really diagnose what was going on and found the problem. I have to get regularly scheduled inspections on the new unit and I hope they send Scott out every time not only was he thorough in his diagnosis but he explained to me in detail what was going on and I truly appreciated that. Kelly and Nikki you got a great Technician in Scott. Thank you to the whole team at Viking for being so attentive and being a pleasure to work with!

One zone of my old system completely failed but decided to replace both. Remaining zone kept house comfortable so not an emergency and I didn't demand a rush job. Scheduled 1 week out. 3 man crew replaced both zones in about 11 hours. Covered all carpet to reduce mess. Very careful not to damage anything. Owen was a great communicator. New system runs very well. Goodman 4-ton 2-stage r-32 system: affordable but efficient and easy to maintain.
