We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel from Unique Renovations! We worked with Zach to discuss our ideas and goals for our kitchen remodel and to talk through multiple options. He was always available by phone and email to discuss changes and new ideas. Once we were ready to move forward Jonathan, Lance, and Chad and the entire crew got to work and were professional, communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the project. The quality of work on the custom cabinetry, coffee bar, countertops and new backsplash was absolutely outstanding. They stayed on schedule, kept the worksite clean every day, and addressed every small detail during the final walkthrough. Zach and Jonathan were available to discuss new changes we wanted as the remodel progressed and always wanted to ensure we were happy. Flooring Replacement in Home: Unique Renovations, LLC replaced every square inch of flooring in our home. They took the time to tape off rooms so we could remain in the house and used air scrubbers to cut down significantly on dust. They removed tile, wood and carpeting and replaced with LVP and new carpeting in two bedrooms. They showed up promptly, were easy to work with, cleaned up behind themselves, were careful in moving furniture and went the extra mile by painting the quarter round and baseboards and by placing felt rounds on the bottom of furniture pieces to prevent scratching. And they were great to my little dog! I will use them again for other projects and recommend them highly.

I couldn't be more pleased with my bathroom renovation by the crew of Unique Renovations. The crew worked every weekday straight, arriving each day at 7:30, waiting in their truck until 8:00 am. Every member of the crew was very professional, respectful and thoughtful. The quality of their work (demolition, carpentry, tile-work, plumbing, glasswork and painting) was impressive. I can’t say enough good things about Zach and his team. This was our first renovation, and we really didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do. Zach came out and gave us a detailed quote that allowed us to choose what renovations we wanted to do now and what we wanted to save for later. He gave us a detailed list of local contacts that made it easy for us to get all the materials we needed. Once we had them ordered, his team picked everything up and had our project completed within a week. The communication from him and his team throughout the process was great and there were no surprises when we received our final invoice. Our bedroom and bathroom look great, and we will definitely be using Unique Renovations for future projects!
