We had Ultra Refrigeration install a ducted heating and air conditioning system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Daniel was great to deal with and made helpful recommendations on where to position the unit and the best set up for our home. We now have a warm home through the winter months, and everything is conveniently controlled through our phones or the wall mounted controller. We would highly recommend ultra refrigeration if you are considering a ducted heat pumps

We couldn’t be happier with Daniel and his team at Ultra Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. They did a full ducted air conditioning installation throughout our house, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and took the time to make sure we had the right system for our home and understood how everything worked. The team were punctual, friendly, tidy and clearly took pride in their workmanship. The installation was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and the system has made a huge difference to the comfort of our home. It’s great having consistent heating and cooling throughout the house, and everything works exactly as we hoped. We highly recommend Daniel and the team at Ultra Refrigeration & Air Conditioning to anyone considering a ducted air conditioning system. Fantastic service, quality workmanship and a great team to deal with. Thanks again!

I have a 5 bedroom house with a large kitchen dinning area, one room is separate with an on suite, the old heat pump wasn’t cutting it so ask Daniel for quotes on two separate units to cover the house and a price for a fully ducted system. After much crying at the price of the unit I decided to get the fully ducted system installed, holy s**t what a difference, the whole house is warm and toasty and very quiet in operation even in the rooms, I waited till I got my first power bill to drop the review and the much larger fully ducted unit was cheaper to run than the older unit with an oil heater in the back room, not by much but, still impressive. So if you’re got a larger or awkward shaped dwelling consider the ducted unit as it’s worth the money. Workmanship, coms etc mean as

The team at Ultra Refrigeration are so professional and hard working. It was a pleasure to have them in the house installing the central heating system. We had a system installed in our previous house and had quite a few issues during the installation including damage to and water coming through the ceiling, so we were a bit wary this time around, but the installation went well with minimal disruption. We had an Airtouch system installed and had a few questions about the temperature control. Daniel provided prompt answers, so we felt very supported post-installation. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend the business.

We recently contacted Ultra Refrigeration & Air Conditioning to carry out an annual service on our ducted heat pump / AC system and were very happy with the overall experience. Daniel responded promptly to our enquiry, and communication throughout the process was smooth, professional, and easy. He was able to arrange a booking within a reasonable timeframe, which we appreciated. The technician who visited us, Cole, was excellent to deal with. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional from the moment he arrived. He took the time to clearly explain what he was going to do before starting the work, and was very respectful of both ourselves and our property throughout the visit. The servicing itself was completed to a high standard, and Cole was more than happy to answer our questions about the system. We also discussed a few possible improvements, and felt confident in both his advice and workmanship. We have since booked a follow-up service to improve the drainage of the outdoor unit, and based on our experience so far, we would not hesitate to recommend Ultra Refrigeration & Air Conditioning to others.

Cole came today and deep cleaned and serviced our two heatpump units. They are smelling so much nicer now and looking fresher. Cole was friendly and provided excellent service, he even helped me move some items out of the way so that he could get to the heat pump which was super helpful for me. The prices are super reasonable and service great! Would recommend.
