Texas Engineered Roofing Reviews

Quick, Professional, and Helpful Extremely professional and quickly responsive to my request. I had a leak from a hot water heater roof vent just after hard rain and Brad Briggs’ team was at my house within the hour. It appeared when the plumber put in the new tankless hot water heater and adjusted the roof vent which created a gap and caused the leak. Edgar from Texas Engineered Roofing was very professional and quick to diagnose and resolve the problem. As we were expecting more rain, we certainly appreciated such a fast and efficient response to help a home owner.

I had an issues with a roof pipe that was leaking, a friend had recommended Texas engineered roofing, gave them a call within a few days someone was onsite. They quickly diagnosed the issue, I had a quote a few days later, they showed up did the repair and fixed my problem. Very satisfied with the service performed. We did have a heck of a rain storm about a week later I went up in the attic where the leak was originally coming from, not a drop of water in sight 😀

I asked Brad to come out and inspect my roof for a possible leak. The first time, my tenant didn’t show up, but Brad was kind enough to come back a second time at no charge. Although he didn’t find any leaks, he identified two other issues with my attic and roof that other roofers had missed. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. There’s a reason this company has a 5-star rating, and I’m happy to give them 5 stars as well. Highly recommended!

Great to work with for covering details and minimizing disruption at home while the work progressed. That work went very fast. After the last couple of rainfalls, it looks like they did a great job. Nice to see working gutters as I have never seen that since I purchased my place 10 years ago. I feel like I have a roof for life.

We are so happy with our new roof! David McLain was nothing short of wonderful and the roofing crew knows how to get it done. They showed up early and stayed late…. I was amazed at the skill and craftsmanship from each and every one of them. We had a lot of roof and more than one kind of roof and they had experts in both areas. David McLain, our contractor has the patience of a saint and was there to oversee and remedy any problem that may occur. I would recommend David and Texas Engineered Roofing over and over again!!

Very happy with Scott and Texas Engineered Roofing--have a beautiful new roof, improved gutters, pergola roof, and repaired fence. Had a top notch installation team. Scott and back-office team worked patiently with insurance to minimize cost. I intentionally picked a local company, and for me the experience was what I was hoping for (Scott did everything he said he'd do, low pressure, job done right). Would strongly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about David and Texas Engineered roofing! I was originally looking at repairing a few spots but also wanted a quote for a whole roof replacement. David was an excellent communicator throughout and there was no pressure at all on which route I should take. The replacement quote was very competitive so I decided to pull the trigger. I am extremely happy with the result. David and the crew were very professional and efficient. There were a few unknown repairs that were needed once the old shingles were removed, but even with that added cost (which I was expecting), the overall cost was way less than others quotes I had recently received. I also received couple hundred photos of the whole process from start to finish, which is great! I’m so happy they removed the old direct tv dishes too lol! I would hands down use them again and recommend David and Texas Engineered Roofing to anyone!

Ben and team--the best in the business. So complete, so well done. There are a lot of roofing companies that do a fast, low quality job. This is NOT one of them. These guys are the best in the business and stand by their work. Thank you Ben and team!

Texas Engineered Roofing is quite possibly the best contractor we've worked with of any type. We've used them on multiple properties, and each job was flawless — they consistently went above and beyond what you might expect. Matt is incredible and was engaged from start to finish. The rest of their company leadership were also involved at various points in the process. We can't recommend them highly enough to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

Recently Texas Engineered Roofing installed a new roof for us. The materials they used are great and the entire process was very well organized and efficient. The actual roofing effort, including a small amount off carpentry, solar attic fan installation, incidentals like roof penetrations and flashings replacements, wildlife exclusions, etc. were done in a single day. The new gutter installation was done the following day. They put up protective barriers to prevent any property or garden damage from falling material as they work. Cleanup was simply impressive. They will easily handle any insurance co-ordination you might have and do a great job explaining your options, etc. The owner is an engineer who really knows his business. Alfredo, your contact throughout the process, is a joy to work with, too. Highly recommend.
