Wir haben uns 2 Fahrräder gemietet (250 Pesos pro Rad, pro 24 Stunden) um an einem Tag in der Stadt rumzufahren und am nächsten Tag eine Tour (60 km) zu machen. Die Fahrräder haben zwar etwas gequietscht, aber alles gut mitgemacht und sind zufriedenstellend gefahren. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit! Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp (Bikes reservieren, Angabe vereinbaren etc.) war sehr schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Auch ein kostenloser Abholservice im Falle eines Platten Reifens würde uns angeboten. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great service! The bikes were dropped off and picked up from our Airbnb- awesome. Emergency service is spot on-My back tire was going flat so I shared my location, did a yoga class, and by the time I came out an hour later it was fixed! Bikes were in good condition and despite being cruisers, they handled the rocky backroads very well! We stayed between town and the beach and having bikes was the perfect way to get around.

We had an awesome experience with Tulum Rental, Tony delivered the bikes to our airbnb and we got a great rate to rent for 3 days. Very kind and knowledgeable about the area and the bikes were wonderful. Biking is definitely the best way to get around in Tulum

We rented bikes here for 10 days and it turned out to be a great decision. Getting around without bikes in Tulum would have been quite difficult, so they really made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The rental responded very quickly to all our messages, the equipment was in great condition, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. The communication was friendly and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a completely positive experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum.

We rented four bikes from Tulum Rental Co during our stay in Tulum in February 2026, and the experience was excellent. The service was outstanding from start to finish: friendly communication, quick responses, and very helpful advice for going around Tulum. The bikes were in great condition — clean and well-maintained. The deposit process was fast and straightforward, and everything was returned without any issues. Highly reliable company and a really nice guy running it. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone visiting Tulum!

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Wir haben per WhatsApp zwei Räder reserviert und diese dann abgeholt. Sattelhöhe wurde angepasst und nochmal die Luft in den Reifen kontrolliert, Schlösser bekommt man ebenfalls. Es gibt auch eine Notfall Nummer, falls etwas sie sollte - wir haben sie nicht gebraucht. Die Räder sind neu und in sehr guten Zustand. Er ist super nett. Auch die Kaution, welche wir überwiesen hatten, wurde bei der Rückgabe der Räder direkt erstattet und man hat einen Beleg dazu bekommen. Bei uns hat es zwei Tage gedauert bis es wieder am Konto war. Alles in allem können wir es nur empfehlen hier Räder zu leihen :)

Ampliamente recomendado, aparte de contar con precios bastante accesibles, todas sus bicis, motos están en excelente estado y bien cuidadas. Otro punto súper importante es el servicio, te brindan un buen trato además de que si sufres algún siniestro pueden ir a tu auxilio. Mi favorita sin duda fue la bici eléctrica me ahorré bastante y pude hacer todo lo que tenía planeado. Si van en la van de Playa del Carmen a Tulum pidan que los bajen en el segundo paradero los dejará a unos pasos.

These e-bikes are awesome! They have 3 to 5 electric assist speeds and last all day without peddling if you desire. The best way to get around Tulum. Biking from the beach to the town was no problem on a daily basis. Tony was very clear and concise to deal with and always available via WhatsApp for any assistance needed. He even delivered our bikes on time as promised, with prices as discussed. Highly recommend this outfit for setting you up to get around Tulum.
