Trident Drilling LLC Reviews

Michael McFarland 2026.09.23

The crew at Trident Drilling LLC really knows what they are doing; and they do it extremely well. Unlike some of the other drilling companies I contacted, they responded promptly to my first inquiry, and came to meet me personally and examine the property within a couple of days. They were courteous, respectful and friendly, and answered all my questions in a professional manner. Their quote for the work was promptly prepared, understandable, complete and competitive. From the time the work started, they were respectful of my property and kept the site as clean as possible. I was kept advised of their schedule and was kept fully informed about the process and progress of the drilling procedure, including regular updates concerning the type of material encountered at each depth. Thanks to their knowledge and research of the local geology, they were able to locate a fracture in the granite bedrock that supplies an excellent quantity and quality of water! As a fellow veteran, I recognize and appreciate the teamwork, integrity and professionalism Jeffrey and Mario bring to their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Trident Drilling to anyone who needs a well.

Jeff and Mario at Trident were incredible to work with. Our job site posed some serious challenges, but they went above and beyond to find practical solutions. Out of all the drilling companies we reached out to, they were the only ones to show up in person to walk us through the best path forward. If you need an honest, hardworking crew, look no further than Trident. They are a cut above the rest.

Jeffery and Mario were awesome! They were able to get my well drilled within about two months of drilling season, and they were able to get me 10gpm for less than what they quoted me. And they were able to send in the water testing that I wanted done as well. They took care of all the permits, and got the job done in 3 days. They're both awesome guys, and it's not every day that you get to work with Retired Navy Seals ;)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Trident Drilling, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. As a veteran-owned company, the team brought a level of professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail that really stood out from the start. The crew was exceptionally knowledgeable about the drilling process, worked efficiently, and—most importantly—treated our property with genuine care and respect. They were mindful of the landscaping, took precautions to protect surrounding areas, and left the site spotless when the job was done. What made the project even better was the final cost coming in noticeably lower than the original quote, thanks to the actual depth being shallower than anticipated. That kind of honesty and fair pricing is something you don’t always see, and it left a very positive impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trident Drilling to friends, neighbors, or anyone needing reliable well or drilling work. They’ve more than earned my trust, and I’d choose them again in a heartbeat for any future projects.

They took the time to explain the steps clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided me all the knowledge of their services. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to educate rather than just sell. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for experienced and trustworthy well drilling experts.

Fast and professional -- would definitely work with this team again. I needed a quote for a drilling job, so I went filling out webforms. Trident was the first to get back to me, and the provided quote was detailed, complete, and didn't include any fluff. Jeffrey and I had a great convo about the job; it's really obvious these guys have the right combination of entrepreneurial hustle, pride on their work, and professionalism.

Title: Local Expertise and Total Transparency – Choosing Trident Was Easy I reached out to Trident Drilling for a water well estimate near Coeur d'Alene, and was immediately impressed. They scheduled our site visit quickly! Mario Ramey didn't just give us a number; he walked us through the expected challenges, potential depths, and the exact equipment he would use. The company’s pricing and estimation packet were the most detailed and transparent we received. He took great time and pride in explaining the rationale for various drilling requirements, and ensure I thoroughly understood the estimate. After meeting with them, we had peace of mind knowing we were making the right decision. If you're looking for honest, expert well drilling services based on a reliable estimate Trident Drilling is the clear choice. We are looking forward to starting our project with them in the Spring, after the snow thaws. Proud to give this team of Veterans our business!
