Great company to use, give helpful advice too, have been using them for years now & will continue to do so :)
This company takes 3-4 hours to answer an alarm call when an alarm is going off.
I wouldnt recommend them
The Engineer from Tranter was excellent- very pleasant and personable . Went about his work as quietly as possible and we hardly noticed he was here. Very thorough.
I called the company for a quote/advice for a risk assessment on two rental properties under the council's new selective licensing scheme. They were very helpful and provided guidance on how I could do this myself without incurring more costs. At a time when most businesses are facing financial challenges this was in my opinion a testament to their professionalism and I would have no hesitation in using the company in the future.
