I’ve been taking my ford falcon here for a few years now and they never disappoint. Paul and the team do such an amazing job from when you drop off the keys to picking them up, they are always so friendly. The service is affordable, they are transparent about what my car needed but what could wait. They even take your car for a full clean inside and out as an extra complimentary bonus. I recommend Total Auto Centre 100%
I bought a car interstate and had them work on it before sending it up to me. Overall it was a good experience, Paul, Chris and Andy were all very nice and friendly. However the communicate and movement of information was tough at times. It required me to call a bit to get the information I needed with not many call backs.
Overall though great people and would recommend.
The service at Total Auto has been great, Paul is the owner, he is honest and reliable. Paul has always found the best solution and most cost effective way to fix our car. We have been recommended by our friends to use Total Auto care over 5 years ago, we would recommend anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable car mechanic in Bayside.
Paul and the team are outstanding. If you own a Porsche, BMW or Mercedes you'd be mad to use their or dealer servicing when Total Auto costs less, offers better service, and delivers a better result.

I've been using Total Auto Care now effectively since they first opened. Paul and the team there are exceptional. Since using them, I've never gone back to dealer service. Pricing is always fair, quality of service is also top-notch. I Could not recommend the team at Total Auto Care enough.
Thanks to Paul, Andy and the team for a great first experience. Excellent service, with all work clearly documented and explained, and reasonably priced. The car came back looking and driving better than when it was dropped off, and it will be going back to Total Auto for its next service.
