MILITARY DIVERSION (MD) DUI — The facts of my case were as follows: I was pulled over, declined the breathalyzer, a warrant was issued for a blood sample, and I was transported to a local hospital where my BAC result came back at 0.23. Despite the DA’s objection to granting Military Diversion, Kenny Nguyen successfully articulated to the court the legislation that carved out an exception for veterans such as myself. Due to Mr. Nguyen’s determination and advocacy, Military Diversion was granted, and my case was ultimately dismissed today. I avoided a conviction and could not be more grateful for the outcome. Highly recommend!

The Best Lawyer I’ve met. I was so nervous at the very beginning on which Lawyer to speak to and how to choose. I did Google Search and read reviews. I saw 5/5 for Kenny and couldn’t believe therefore, I went to meet him in person. Upon meeting I felt confident in his words. From there we went on to work together on my Misdemeanor Case for Reckless Driving. I had immigration paperwork to be submitted too so I needed to get this cleared ASAP before 5 months. Kenny is so Pro-active that he really knows what to be done in advance to get the case totally dismissed/closed within his clients expected timeframe (but this is dependent on the case type I believe - he will let you know the approx timeframe on this without giving any false hope) He is so genuine and honest that makes him outstanding and a person who could be trusted on without any doubt. Just know that you are very lucky if he accepts your case. Despite his busy schedule he really takes time out to clear your confusion and makes you feel relaxed. I feel lucky to be his client and my case was resolved and dismissed within 2 months. He is amazing, outstanding, intelligent, smart and very knowledgeable Lawyer anyone could get. I know it’s hard to deal when you get in trouble I got in some trouble and if I could give this man 10 stars I would I was scared I had Hideous charges against me and he got to the business. I would recommend him every time it was a scary ride, but those charges are dismissed. He’s your guy Placer County best criminal defense lawyer and I’m so glad it’s over but if you’re in trouble, he’s your guy.
