Great service, recommend. Sarah in the office was friendly and helpful. Paul sorted my squirrel issue really quickly and efficiently, and was obviously very knowledgeable. Same-day service too, which saved a lot of worry. If I get any other unwelcome house tenants in future, I know who to call.

Very friendly and efficient. My neighbor called them for squirrels in his loft. Apparently they were coming from my end of the terrace, so they sealed the hole on my end.

Dave attended today to carry out an inspection for possible bed bugs. He was very friendly, professional and thorough, carefully checking the bed to make sure there were no signs of bed bugs. Thankfully, he didn’t find anything, which was a relief. He also provided some useful advice on what signs to look out for in the future. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needing a bed bug inspection. Thank you!

I honestly can’t recommend James enough. Having rats in your home is incredibly stressful, but James has been reassuring from the start and has made me feel like I’m in safe hands and that he’s going to get the problem sorted.
He is incredibly knowledgeable, is happy to answer any questions and explains things properly so you understand what’s going on. He’s also gone above and beyond when it comes to being responsive. On one occasion, I messaged him about a trapped rat and he turned up at 7:30pm, within 20 minutes of me messaging him, to collect it. That says a lot about the kind of person he is and how seriously he takes his work.
James is honest, approachable and clearly passionate about what he does. What I particularly like is that he’s not just interested in putting a temporary fix in place and moving on. He wants to investigate properly, find the root cause and make sure the problem is dealt with thoroughly.
It’s been a really stressful situation to deal with, but having someone like James on your side makes a huge difference. He’s someone I would genuinely trust to deal with any pest problem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Efficient and friendly service from making initial contact through to Paul dealing with a wasps nest in our loft. Paul treated the nest and also took the time to answer a few questions we had regarding the nest. Highly recommend and would certainly use them again if needed.

While nobody wants to have to call someone in to deal with creepy crawlies, if you do, James is the person to call.
He thoroughly explained the treatment process and made it clear that if I had any additional concerns or questions afterwards, he was only a phone call away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely put my mind at ease throughout the whole experience.
A pleasure to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again
