10/10 Recommend It was an absolute pleasure to be clients of Eaton Real Estate Company. They came into what could've been a stressful situation for us and operated diligently with integrity and responded promptly throughout the entire process of representing us. The service provided was top tier, and we thank God for blessing us with such an amazing team! We first listed our property FSBO on Zillow. After a couple of months of no legitimate interest, we decided to reach out to potential agents who had already been in contact with us. We interviewed a few realtors and brokers, all of them leaving us with an uneasy feeling. We decided to go back through all correspondences, starting from the beginning, with the intent of interviewing a few more agents. Our biggest issue were agents weren't answering our questions, no matter how direct, without attempting to push their business or they had absolutely no knowledge of the area or value of our property. We were starting to feel a bit discouraged and like people were just trying to take advantage of us to make a quick, excess commission. We already had a couple of experiences buying and selling property, which we left a sour taste for real estate agents. We needed a professional who could list on MLS for us and handle the closing paperwork without wanting such a large percentage of our profits. When we got to the beginning of our correspondences, we were delighted to find a detailed message from Eaton Real Estate Company that answered just about every question we had lined up for them. After verifying the information Stephen first presented us, we felt at ease and, like our prayers had been answered. Needless to say, we went through with hiring them to assist us with this process. Communication was excellent throughout the three months we were their clients. They were knowledgeable of the area and operated with efficiency and integrity. Not to mention the biggest determining factor; they offered exactly what we needed for 1%. As I mentioned before, they exceeded our every expectation, and we can't recommend them enough.
