It should not take longer than four weekdays for a simple prescription to be refilled, let alone one needed urgently. It should not take many, many phone calls, dodging the creepy human-sounding AI, only to have the actual staff placate you, say they’re treating this urgently, and promise to call back with an update and not do so. After two days of waiting, the staff should have a real response as to why the prescription is taking so long instead of “It’s stuck with the refill team. They might be operating on the weekend, but I don’t know.” This is a negligent practice and I would urge you to look elsewhere.

Had a visit yesterday. Doctor said she sent prescription but have not seen it go through to the pharmacy. I have called the office multiple times and not been able to get anyone to help me. They were also not able to give me an itemized receipt for my appointment co-pay.

The practitioner herself was very lovely but my goodness was the receptionist rude. I don’t believe I have ever been spoken to with such little respect, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable from the beginning. Maybe it was because I was the last appointment of the day, or maybe it was because she was having a bad day - but regardless she needs to check her tone and not be so rude. It really made me despise the appointment and makes me not want to go back. Shame as the location is great and the actual practice is clean and inviting but I won’t be going to somewhere that makes me feel uncomfortable or like I’m back in school. Avoid.

This place is quite shit. I got billed for over $400 for a visit with a PA. My child didn’t even see the doctor. She was quite dismissive of my child’s blisters and just gave steroid cream. Now a week later it’s done nothing and I have to go take her to another dermatologist. Don’t go here. They have no business either. Office was devoid of patients when we went on a Sunday. To make matters worse they made me fill out so much paperwork when there. And had to upload IDs myself, they couldn’t even be bothered to do it.

Great experience with Cody.. He is the best !!! i have been going to the LI location due to a bad scar, he has made my experience great. Staff very attentive good prices. convenient and always on time. I love this place and Cody is amazing!!!

Dr. Wan has been fantastic through and through. She’s kind and knows her stuff. I do wish they had a few normal seats in the waiting room though instead of so many vintage chairs…I went there once and it was packed with people sitting in decorative phone booths and 1950’s barber chairs, it was kinda ridiculous.

For something so small like using a cryotherapy for small pigmentation, I get a bill for almost 400 dollars. There is no warning and no explanation. This is a common theme with them and I’m not surprised because alot of the other one star reviews reflect this as well.

Besides the no parking, it was quick and the Doctor was great. Very friendly staff. I actually loved the office. I love antiques and this office has a lot of history and old relics. Loved the natural brick walls and the table was beautiful. It should be cleaned properly and stained to protect the wood for years to come. I took pictures to continue enjoying the beauty.

The staff is cordial and very efficient. My doctor listens to my concerns and it's not in a rush. Dr. Cody is amazing and it is easy to reach for an appointment.

The young front desk receptionist working Thursday, 8/13 in the evening, who had large false eyelashes, was extremely rude, not patient and not knowledgeable. She was also cursing in Spanish while at the front desk, which came across as very unprofessional, someone like that should not be at the front desk.
