This must be a joke, absolutely non sense. Mr. Sobey , we are The Dental Clinic, a serious institution, where we respect all our customers and value the trust of all our patients. I must answer this review very disappointed on you because we treated you with ethics and care as we always do, instead of this review that attempt personally to me, the administrator of the clinic and representing all the staff of professionals that were involved. We were there for you 24H, organizing everything to accomplish your treatment in this second visit you did to our clinic on the 27th of April this year to continue with it. Following our protocols as always, you were under care of the specialists that treated you last time and we gave you the detailed of the procedures that were failing, you read it, agreed, signet and paid to the secretary (before to get treated), you never shared card codes, and I have never touched your card, nor the codes. The accusation that you make about me does not make any sense. I personally answer this review in the name of our institution, to preserve our professional prestige, that we value very much. I hope you realize how sad is to read this from a patient that we treated with care and gratitude to have chosen us and came from the second time to us, this is absolutely non-sense.
