The Best Air Quality And Restoration did a great job cleaning out our HVAC vents. They were very professional and thorough. Afterwards, I even received before and after videos of the clean up job inside the vents. After 8 years in this house, things were pretty dusty up in there! They also had great pricing. I highly recommend!

Alex was great! Very informative and walked us through what he was doing. He did an amazing job cleaning up our vents and provided us with good actionable next steps. We also have a very anxious dog and Alex stayed calm and was very patient with him. They were able to get same day service after doing the assessment.

The Best Air Quality & Restoration overcharged and underdelivered. The crew was late, the equipment sat unused for days, and communication was almost nonexistent. Our air quality issues were not resolved. Would not use them again.

This review is unrelated to our company. We received multiple negative reviews on different platforms under similar names on the same day. Shortly afterward, someone contacted us offering to remove the negative reviews for $50 each. We have documented and reported the matter to the platforms.

Excellent, thorough job of small particle cleaning! The team took 3 days to complete the required rounds of HEPA vacuuming and wet cleaning at an average size townhouse. That is the level of meticulous cleaning that my family with several members suffering from CIRS requires, and we're grateful for the service.

I needed help with mold and vent cleaning to clean the air in my living environment. I found The Best Air Quality & Restoration on Angi. The reviews were very positive and it was a specific need I had for both mold and vent cleaning. I made such a great choice, I can't say enough how positive my experience has been with The Best Air Quality & Restoration. Be prepared for a time commitment and process, but rest assured these folks know exactly what they're doing and they truly live up to their name, best quality. I worked with multiple people over the course of a full week (+ a day or two). Val was the project manager and he is kind, smart, and informative. He tells you exactly what will happen, what the possibilities are, and what your options are. The costs are significant, but the cost matches the quality and the result. Val stays available and in touch throughout the entire process. We had Maurizzio do our mold remediation. He spent a whole day meticulously isolating the area and safely removing mold and treating mold. The treatment takes several days and Maurizzio came back and followed up. He made me feel confident we were taking care of the problem to our best ability. We had Sergei come and clean our HVAC and vents. He was clean, focused, and efficient in his work. Before we knew it, he had done everything Val and I had discussed and the air smelled different and fuller. I was very happy with the results of both services and I felt like I was working with all these employees, like I was part of the process. It was a pleasure to pay them what they deserved. If you are even questioning whether you need help with mold or want your vents cleaned in a way that thinks about your environmental health for the future, The Best Air Quality & Restoration should be your first and only call.

Exceptional quality of work at reasonable price and top notch customer service Exceptional experience with The Best Air Quality and Restoration from start to finish. Val, the owner, was very responsive, provided a detailed estimate and explained the process of remediation in every detail, answered our questions and was available during remediation to answer any follow on questions. The team was prompt and hard-working, supervised on location by Paul, the team leader. I was very impressed by their strict containment protocol. Paul sent us multiple progress pictures, so we were always in the loop. I compared their remediation protocols with leading contractors in the area and found them similar and in some aspects stricter. They easily passed the after remediation air quality test . Overall, the experience was as much stress-free as it is possible because I knew I could rely on them to do exactly what had been promised and not to cut corners and their exceptional customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you ever have to do mold remediation.
