Jack went above and beyond to get our website built and pushed across the finish line. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable with web design and SEO. We couldn't be happier with our choice. He even drove to our Concord office from Walnut Creek to take photos for our site. We are already getting compliments on our new website. Above and beyond!

Jack, and his team at Tenya360, have always been professional and very responsive for all of our Web hosting and update needs. Anytime I reach out with questions or requests I always receive a fast and friendly response. Jack is very knowledgeable about all aspects of website creation, updates, hosting, security and analytics. Since Tenaya360 took over hosting our site, over seven years ago, we’ve had very few issues which was not the case with our previous website host provider. We are a small business with no in-house IT on staff, and Jack is always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain things in a way even less techie people like me can understand.

Tenaya set up my website and has provided very good updates and management of my site since 2017. I am very happy with their customer service. Many times they have responded to my requests for assistance interfacing with Go Daddy and making changes to my site; and they have done so professionally and in a friendly manner.
