I really appreciate Anzar’s help in resolving a water heater leak and the resulting moisture damage to the drywall and flooring. This was a situation that required several weeks of communication and coordination with the HOA, vendors, and tenant, and Anzar handled everything professionally and efficiently. All the work was completed in the proper order, and communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and effective. I’m very grateful for his help in getting everything resolved smoothly and would definitely recommend his service!

Terrible experience. I made several attempts to view a rental and the leasing agent Mason, cancelled, rescheduled and was a no show for each of my viewing attempts. When I told him I was at the home to view it, he stated he had forgotten and made no attempt to meet me and just said I would need to make a new appointment. Clearly they aren't actually interested in renting this property even though they've reduced the rent three times this month alone.

Tenant Planet had been managing the place I'm renting since I moved in. I had pleasure working with Lynda and Anzar recently regarding couple workorders I've submitted. Lynda assisted me with issue (door hinge could no longer screw in to the door) regarding one of the bedroom door. She had assigned a vendor and had the vendor recommendation approved in no time. Now, we got our privacy again and can now use our portable AC in this room. Thanks, Lynda! Now, I've worked with Anzar previously before and was very happy with the service he provided. This latest one is in regards to the Freezer/Refrigerator not getting cold enough. I tried cleaning underneath and the back of the fridge thinking maybe debris or something preventing the air flow. No luck so decided to open a ticket. This is issue causing some food/meat to go bad. As soon as submitted the ticket, Anzar was quickly to respond and got the vendor assigned in no time. Vendor called me and schedule the visit the next day. Vendor quickly identified the issue and Fridge is back to normal. Really appreciate the quick response and the follow up by Anzar.
