Absolutely amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier with our pick on where we stayed. Perfect location -5 to 10 min from almost everything. Spacious and clean. Pool is awesome. PAC man and games were also a plus! Would definitely stay here again if we return.

Our 1st time in Aruba 1 week in September 2026 and it was truly amazing! We did not need to book a resort/hotel and so glad we got the 2bdrrm 3bthrm condo. Beach views since we just had to cross the street with our condo supplied beach chairs/coolers. The Top Tier kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pictures they advertised for the condo is exactly as is, no exaggeration or lies- truly beautiful. Clean, great location, balconies are amazing, downstairs pool is a nice touch. I can go on and on even the parking spot for our rental was just very convenient! Jeremy came right before checkout and wish us well and was very nice as well. Lovely team and very attentive- they respond quickly to any of yoyr inquiries and I truly appreciate it. Cannot wait to rent your other properties Top Tier! It was very lovely and will return to our beautiful gem-Aruba!

What an amazing house and service from Top Tier Vacation Rentals. Great location , beautiful house from outside and inside 🥰.It just feels so home.Very ,spacious, clean and cozy. This Top Tier Rental was outstanding, first off the check-in was very easy. The house was lovely and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The air conditioning works perfectly and the water pressure also works great and it was hot…There was plenty of sunshine coming through the entire house…The beds were very great, I slept like I was in my own bed…The entire house was spotless no complaints at all…The pool was very nice and the rooftop area gives you a completely 360 degree view of the area…We have no complaints about this Airbnb and I will be staying there in the future…

La casa está completamente equipada y todo en buen estado. Cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una buena estadía. Es bastante alegre, funcional y espaciosa, nos sentimos muy cómodos!Está ubicada en un barrio muy tranquilo, algo para destacar es el silencio y tranquilidad tanto de día como de noche en todo momento.En cuanto a la ubicación nos sentimos muy satisfechos. Está a 10 minutos en auto de cualquier playa o lugar al que quieras ir. Es muy cómodo para llegar, no sentimos tráfico en ningún momento.A dos cuadras hay un supermercado bastante completo que perfectamente se puede ir caminando y cierra más tarde que cualquier supermercado grande. Sino a muy pocos minutos en auto está el SuperFoods que es un supermercado de los más conocidos.Los anfitriones siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros y respondieron rápidamente cuando lo necesitamos.

Excelente alojamiento, de categoría y fue tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. Lo único en contra del alojamiento, eran los colchones que unían dos camas de una plaza para transformarla en cama de dos plazas, y no resultaba cómoda, al igual que la almohada. Y de las 4 reposeras o tumbonas, una estaba rota, y recién al último día la repusieron, pese a los reclamos. El resto todo muy bueno.

Our stay was great. It was a total of 10 people five couples. Everyone had their space the place was updated a bit with new paint which brighten the place up from what was on the pictures!. the kitchen was well equipped as well. I would definitely recommend!

We booked this AirBNB for our first trip to Aruba. The place stood up from the amazing pictures posted and the amenities that were included. We traveled as a family of six and the house easily accommodated us and our needs. They furnished all the beach stuff that we needed which saved us a lot of money and hassle renting or buying these items. The location was minutes from most of the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches.The check in and check out instructions were sent proactively and very easy to follow. They were accommodating and allowed us to extend our check out to a later time. We were extremely impressed with the house and Top Tier Vacation Rentals. We highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Aruba!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay from beginning to end! The rental was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
