Prompt and professional service!

Daniel has always been professional and thorough with every service, with multiple calls out to our house with issues related to faulty equipment from manufacturer. Marco, Daniel and everyone at TechStar have always been great.

Update 8/26/24. Charlie came back after our circuit board came in. I was very comfortable by Charlie’s knowledge of our system, and his explanation of the problems. I felt he did a thorough job. We will request Charlie in the future for sure. First encounter: We were having issues with our AC unit and we contacted Chasity and she immediately fit us in. Charlie came and was extremely professional and knowledgeable of his work. He was very meticulous and determined to find the problem and for that we are appreciative.

We had Charlie come out a couple times to fix and replace our AC circuit board. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. What really impressed us was how he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He takes the time to explain Everything as he’s working and We’re so grateful for the exceptional service. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you Charlie and everyone at TechStar.

Very pleased! The tech, Charlie, spent a long time checking the system in a very professional manner.

Came home to a hot house and noticed that the air was blowing , but the outside fan wasn't kicking on. Charlie came out and quickly diagnosed/repaired our unit. The price was super reasonable! I would highly reccomend this local company that meets and exceeds expectations. Charlie is a professional who obviously has a passionand skill set for his trade.

Tommy was great. He was very patient with me. (I know very little about HVAC systems) He took the time to listen to me and figure out what was the most sensible solution for my single family home. The telephone and text communication with the front office has been excellent. Follow up: The installation crew, Greg, Dave and Mason arrived right on time. They had a full hard day’s work ahead of them: I decided to replace my 1980 Carrier unit with a new high efficiency heat pump and gas furnace. All three technicians were pleasant to work with and they never lost their good humor despite running into a few difficulties. I’m guessing they worked 10 straight hours to finish up everything in one day, including taking time to show me how the new system works. I’m already noticing a significant improvement in the AC: less running time and overall much quieter. Thanks to Greg, Dave and Mason as well as the support staff for helping me out. You earned your excellent rating.

I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie as our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. A very good combination for a homeowner to say the least. He had the problem narrowed down in 20 minutes and had us up in running in 45 minutes. Thank you Charlie, and thank you Marco and Techstar!

Absolutely recommend this company!!!!! They moved my attic unit to a closet, All four guys were extremely professional. They worked super late to get everything done in one day. They will be my go to company for all hvac needs in the future.

We had an issue with our ac and it was a Saturday. Charlie is friendly, positive attitude, and professional. He updated us when he would be here and was here in a timely manner. He advised us what we should do as far as maintenance to maintain our ac. Thank you Charlie!!

Answered when I first called! Came out quickly and returned quickly to fix our problem. Friendly and will use them again if needed.
