I’m very grateful for the help I received in resolving my IRS tax debt. I started with approximately $26,575 in debt, and with their assistance, the IRS accepted my Offer in Compromise for just $400. That outcome was a huge relief. Mark Russell was one of my main contacts, and he definitely deserves recognition. He was proactive, stayed on top of things, and helped keep the process moving. Having a good case manager like Mark made a real difference in my experience. My main concern was the late-fee policy. Even when I called ahead to explain why I couldn’t make a payment on time, I was still charged a $30 late fee. While they were willing to work with me on payment arrangements, they would not waive or remove those fees. I would have appreciated more flexibility in that area. Overall, the service was great, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with IRS tax debt, but I would encourage potential clients to understand the payment terms and late-fee policy upfront.

My name is Chris Brown and I’m a special-needs adult Who tried to work for himself for five years without knowing that you were supposed to put money back for taxes long story short, I got into a bad spot so I called the tax Debt Services And Mark Help helped me through the process there’s still things I don’t understand, but that’s OK. So my story was 4 long years but actually on Saturday I received the best news ever, my offer/compromise was excepted. If you have any doubts call these amazing people at this company they held my hand the entire time, worked so very hard I owed tons and because of them it's a very small amount, it does take time the *** does move slow, thanks **** and ur entire staff for working so hard on my case. This company is the best, any doubts they are with you the entire time, like I said we became ***'s during these last 4 yrs, but in the end they truly care about the clients that really became my go to and did an outstanding job. Thanks again to all the staff, they truly do care and our willing to stay the course of helping people, they are truly dedicated to each individual and will get you what you need, it was hard doing this for 4yrs, but in the end I am now going to be able to finally have my tax debt resolved for pennies compared to what was owed, it's all do to this place and I've made people with names turn into friends, if you have tax debt and don't know what to do please give this company a call they will resolve your overwhelming debt to the ***. 4 yrs doesn't even begin to be as bad because I've had a huge problem lifted off me because of these amazing staff, I am not a patient person but will all the assistance I was given even when I sometimes wasn't nice, they were always there for me and was truly 200% into helping me, Thanks again to each and everyone that got me through this stressful process.

Tax Debt Services is an exceptional company! Early last year, ****** called me about their tax relief services. She was very honest and informed me within five minutes that I didnt qualify. Three years ago, Optima Tax Relief basically stole $500 from me and took days to tell me I didnt qualify. Unfortunately, later last year, I lost my job and was forced to retire on a severely reduced income.
