Très mauvaise expérience au rooftop du Peninsula.
Pour un établissement de ce standing, nous nous attendions évidemment à un service irréprochable. Malheureusement, nous avons été accueillis et servis par une jeune femme particulièrement désagréable, avec une attitude froide, hautaine et franchement peu professionnelle.
Ce qui est le plus décevant, ce n’est même pas qu’une erreur puisse arriver ou qu’un service puisse parfois être moins fluide : c’est l’attitude. Quand on travaille dans un établissement comme le Peninsula, la courtoisie, le respect et le sens de l’accueil devraient être le strict minimum.
Nous sommes venus pour passer un bon moment et profiter du lieu, pas pour avoir l’impression de déranger une personne simplement en lui demandant de faire son travail.
Le cadre peut être magnifique et l’établissement prestigieux, mais une seule personne avec une attitude pareille peut malheureusement gâcher toute l’expérience.
Très décevant pour le Peninsula. Clairement pas le niveau de service que l’on attend d’un palace de cette réputation.

I did twice body massage with Alexandra! It was one of the best massages I ever had in a resort.
She is definitely an expert in massage, strong with attention to your body needs. She is also very kind and very professional! I definitely recommend her 😊my daughters did facial treatment and they both enjoyed it a lot. It seems that the therapists were also expert in face treatments and they gave very good advises for their skins!!!
Hayatımda gördüğüm en güzel yüzlü ve samimi terapistle burada tanıştım. Bade hanıma çok teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Hamamın kendisi başlı başına çok güzeldi. Verdiği parayı kesinlikle hal eden bir yer. Bir daha kesinlikle geleceğim ve yine tercihim Bade hanım olacak ✨
