I would like to sincerely thank Tina,Louise and the whole team for handling my father's funeral with such care and professlionalism. As I am based in Exeter, much of the planning had to be done over the phone, and the team were incredibly accommodating and supportive throughout the process. They made what could have been a very stressful time feel calm and well organised. On the day of the service everything was handled beautifully and with great dignity. The horses were absolutely fantastic and such a special touch. There was a small issue with the music at the church, but Ross ensured it was rectified at the crematorium, which meant a great deal to us. Thank you Ross for going the extra mile.

Highly recommend Firstly, I would like to thank Marie. From start to finish, Marie was absolutely amazing. She is one of the most genuine and compassionate people I have ever met. During such a difficult time, she made us feel completely supported and at ease. She couldn’t have done a better job planning my dad’s funeral — every detail was handled with such care, professionalism, and kindness. The service itself was beautiful and a true reflection of my dad. Everything ran so smoothly, which was a real comfort to our family. I would also like to thank Charlotte and Mark for doing their jobs so well on the day. They were respectful, organised, and incredibly professional, helping everything come together seamlessly. We will be forever grateful for everything you all did for us.

My family used Elements when we lost my uncle and my cousin in the space of a few months, they were excellent from start to finish. Victoria had personally come out to our home to do the arrangements herself on both occasions Which was hugely appreciated and very kind of her, both funerals went absolutely perfectly, Victoria conducted both funerals and both times were done with complete elegance and professionalism through out even going as far as Surrey to conduct. The team were absolutely great and professional throughout mark, Vic and Ross made sure everything went as smooth as possible, Even on the day of the viewings which were held at Ruislip and Pinner, Louise and Marie showed us nothing but care and compassion allowing us to sit with my uncle and my cousin for as long as we needed, I couldn’t recommend Elements enough a great team with nothing but care and compassion for everyone who walks in through their door.

Knowing that both services felt elegant, professional and exactly as they should have been brings us real comfort. Travelling to Surrey to conduct the service was never a question — we will always go wherever our families need us.

We could not recommend TA Ellement & Son any higher and are so pleased that we chose them to take care of our loved one and arrange the funeral. We found selecting a funeral directors very stressful at such an emotional time and noticed not many take the time to provide a review to assist the process. Finding someone you trust is vital and as soon as we spoke to Marie we knew T.A Ellement were the right provider for our needs. Marie guided us sympathically and clearly every step of the way and was always at the end of the phone to answer questions or queries. Marie embodies all of the skills and compassion that you would hope a funeral directors should have. Marie made all the arrangements with the church and crematorium, recommended a wonderful organist and singer for the service and venues for the wake. Every detail was addressed. The support given by Victoria when we visited the chapel of rest was wonderful. The team on the day were amazing, so dignified, kind and respectful at a very difficult time. Mark was our director and contacted us in advance to discuss the day and how we wanted flowers displayed. Mark guided us through the service at the church and crematorium and even selected the perfect shade of lipstick for our mum. Kathy was wonderful, she had looked after mum and we could not think of a kinder soul to do so and she gave us so much strength on the day. The whole team on the day went well beyond our expectations and made it as perfect as it could be. In fact many guests commented on how great the whole team were. You need very special qualities to work in a funeral directors and they have them all. Even in the aftermath Marie continued assisting us, spotted the urn was cracked and we ordered another direct to the home and the team then kindly brought mum home. The respect shown to mum and us was outstanding and sending us a memorial tag for their beautiful Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. We would highly recommend.

I've used Ellements for both my Father's and my Grandfather's funerals. I can't possibly thank them enough for the most professional service. They were honestly so kind, to the point that even at the last minute they went out of their way to accommodate me in my darkest hour just before my Dad's funeral by opening the casket back up for me one last time before they left the chapel so I could say a final goodbye as I was so distraught. They were unbelievably kind and considerate, and Victoria conducted the service beautifully, I'm sure my Dad would have been very proud of his send off. The same for my lovely Grandad. His funeral was beautiful too, and the ministers that Ellements provided were kind and took the time to find out exactly what my Grandad and Dad was like before delivering the Eulogy at the service. Thank you all at Ellements for you care and attention to us all as a family.

The whole process was explained really clearly and everything we asked for was handled with the appropriate care and attention. We would also like to mention Barbara Sharma, the celebrant, her compassion and support before and during the funeral was exceptional. The eulogy she created was a fitting tribute to a wonderful man who will be sorely missed. Words can not express how grateful we are to Marie and the team at T.S. Ellement. From the first phone call, at a time when we were completely lost, Marie provided understanding, compassion and guidance with care and grace. In our case, we needed a few special adjustments to our day, celebrating mum's life; each request was not only understood, but thoughtfully arranged making the planning as easy as it possibly could be. For anyone who needs to arrange a funeral for a loved one, you will struggle to find a better source of help than T.S. Ellement Ruislip.

Marie is Ruislip arranged everything and clearly is excellent at reading people and gauging what they would want. She matched us with Debbie to oversee the funeral and Debbie was perfect. Debbie took all my thoughts and turned them into a beautiful eulogy that was so personal and so my mum and dad. Marie provided a professional service for both funerals, nothing was a problem, both were flawless. Tina, Victoria, Ross and the team from TA Ellement & Son were extremely professional, empathetic, supportive and comforting. They were with my family and I every step of the way and helped us organise a beautiful funeral for my dearly departed Uncle who passed in August 2025. My Uncle lived in London for many years while the rest of the family is based in Singapore hence we were clueless about funeral proceeding in the UK. Victoria and team ensured we were given the best guidance and comfort to make the best decisions for the funeral. They ensured everything went smoothly and my family and I could take the time to say our goodbyes and grieve our loss. They were very empathetic and accommodated our requests for seeing my Uncle before the day of the funeral (as it was a closed casket arrangement for the funeral) and they were very kind to organise the Order of Service for us as well. I highly recommend anyone who is bereaved and going through a sad and difficult time to opt to work with TA Ellement & Son because they really took care of our family and my dearest Uncle. We are grateful! Thank you Victoria and team! And a special mention to Debbie Gilder who was the Celebrant for the funeral ceremony. She did a beautiful job and was very comforting to my mum who was crying very bitterly.

Wow… I am blown away with this beautiful family run business. At such an immensely sad time for my family, the level of care and support you have all given. From the first step through the doors, my sisters and I have been treated like an extended family. I would love to thank Victoria, Ross and Kim for everything you have shown us for our dear mums farewell. For Marie who was without doubt amazing, and welcomed us into your heart. Everyone here looked after our beloved mum, and our family on the hardest day I’ve ever experienced. The compliments we as a family received watching the service, how you all supported my sisters carry our mum. But most of all, how you all went above any expectation of your service to us. From the couch coffees, and discussing the personal touches, through to looking after everyone’s needs. It’s been an honour meeting you all, friendly yet so respectful.
