I've used Ellements for both my Father's and my Grandfather's funerals. I can't possibly thank them enough for the most professional service. They were honestly so kind, to the point that even at the last minute they went out of their way to accommodate me in my darkest hour just before my Dad's funeral by opening the casket back up for me one last time before they left the chapel so I could say a final goodbye as I was so distraught. They were unbelievably kind and considerate, and Victoria conducted the service beautifully, I'm sure my Dad would have been very proud of his send off. The same for my lovely Grandad. His funeral was beautiful too, and the ministers that Ellements provided were kind and took the time to find out exactly what my Grandad and Dad was like before delivering the Eulogy at the service. Thank you all at Ellements for you care and attention to us all as a family.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by the whole team at Ellement in Ruislip, throughout the experience they treated our family with understanding, compassion and care. The whole process was explained really clearly and everything we asked for was handled with the appropriate care and attention. We would also like to mention Barbara Sharma, the celebrant, her compassion and support before and during the funeral was exceptional. The eulogy she created was a fitting tribute to a wonderful man who will be sorely missed. We would highly recommend Ellement and thank them for their care and support throughout this difficult time for our family.

Words can not express how grateful we are to Marie and the team at T.S. Ellement. From the first phone call, at a time when we were completely lost, Marie provided understanding, compassion and guidance with care and grace. In our case, we needed a few special adjustments to our day, celebrating mum's life; each request was not only understood, but thoughtfully arranged making the planning as easy as it possibly could be. For anyone who needs to arrange a funeral for a loved one, you will struggle to find a better source of help than T.S. Ellement Ruislip.

The team at Ellements made an incredibly difficult event a beautiful one for which I will be eternally grateful. Marie is Ruislip arranged everything and clearly is excellent at reading people and gauging what they would want. She matched us with Debbie to oversee the funeral and Debbie was perfect. Debbie took all my thoughts and turned them into a beautiful eulogy that was so personal and so my mum and dad. Victoria & Ross ran the actual funeral and were incredible; the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth and empathy. The care and support received from the moment I called and spoke to Marie in the Ruislip office when we aware that our beloved mum's health was fading was first class. The care Marie gave both mum and us, her family, once she had passed away was phenomenal. On the day of her funeral, the amazing team, led by Mark ensured we gave mum the most wonderful send-off. Marie provided a professional service for both funerals, nothing was a problem, both were flawless. Tina, Victoria, Ross and the team from TA Ellement & Son were extremely professional, empathetic, supportive and comforting. They were with my family and I every step of the way and helped us organise a beautiful funeral for my dearly departed Uncle who passed in August 2025. My Uncle lived in London for many years while the rest of the family is based in Singapore hence we were clueless about funeral proceeding in the UK. Victoria and team ensured we were given the best guidance and comfort to make the best decisions for the funeral. They ensured everything went smoothly and my family and I could take the time to say our goodbyes and grieve our loss. They were very empathetic and accommodated our requests for seeing my Uncle before the day of the funeral (as it was a closed casket arrangement for the funeral) and they were very kind to organise the Order of Service for us as well. I highly recommend anyone who is bereaved and going through a sad and difficult time to opt to work with TA Ellement & Son because they really took care of our family and my dearest Uncle. We are grateful! Thank you Victoria and team! And a special mention to Debbie Gilder who was the Celebrant for the funeral ceremony. She did a beautiful job and was very comforting to my mum who was crying very bitterly.

Wow… I am blown away with this beautiful family run business. At such an immensely sad time for my family, the level of care and support you have all given. From the first step through the doors, my sisters and I have been treated like an extended family. I would love to thank Victoria, Ross and Kim for everything you have shown us for our dear mums farewell. For Marie who was without doubt amazing, and welcomed us into your heart. Everyone here looked after our beloved mum, and our family on the hardest day I’ve ever experienced. The compliments we as a family received watching the service, how you all supported my sisters carry our mum. But most of all, how you all went above any expectation of your service to us. From the couch coffees, and discussing the personal touches, through to looking after everyone’s needs. It’s been an honour meeting you all, friendly yet so respectful. There are simply not enough words to describe T A Ellement .... From the very first initial meeting , Marie was the most caring , kindest , compassionate lady I've ever met. We lost our beautiful mum and saying goodbye is one of the hardest things to do . Marie arranged everything for us and nothing was too much trouble , at a time when we are all consumed with grief she somehow took some of our grief away... When mum was laying in their Chapel it really was like she was at home , it has a warmth and peacefulness beyond words. My mum was treated like she was their own mum ,it gave me comfort knowing mum was resting at T A Ellements . I cant thank Marie , Victoria, Ross and all the team enough , there are just not enough words. A family run business that really do go above and beyond . If you are unfortunate to need a funeral director please be assured TA Ellement will look after your loved ones like their own. I was a pallbearer for my mum, something I really wanted to do ....Victoria was by my side every step of the way giving me the support I needed , mums sending off was perfect and flawless , Marie even chose Jo the celebrant who was just perfect for mum ❤️ Thankyou guys from the bottom of my heart You made a very difficult day a tad more bearable Give Tilly a cuddle from us girls xxx

My sister and I were recommended this wonderful family run company and rightly so. From the beginning we dealt with Marie from the Ruislip branch and she treated us with kindness, empathy, professionalism and patience. Nothing was to much trouble as I struggled with grief and sometimes could not get my head around how we were going to organise our Dear Mums final farewell. The ambience and calmness of the shop itself was wonderful. No clinical rooms, it was just like sitting in Marie's lounge as she guided us through our wishes. She made some wonderful recommendations from Rvd James to flowers and also a company to help us arrange the Order of Service. On the actual day, Ross and team were absolutely wonderful. No rushing, just total calm and kindness, even offering us umbrellas for when the heavens opened (excuse the pun) as we left the Chapel. Because of T A Ellement and their team, our saddest day went like clockwork and a day we will remember with precious memories not grief. Thank thank thank you Marie. When the sad times comes and you have to say farewell to your loved one, we would totally recommend this company and at the most difficult time of your life, they will take some of that sadness away.

I cannot praise Victoria and her team enough, so professional and so compassionate and in her warm and friendly manner guided us through the process, ensuring that every wish and detail was arranged to perfection. At a time when we were consumed by grief, Victoria offered to contact Celebrants and Florists for us knowing that they would carry out our wishes just as she herself would. So I would like to thank Lynne for speaking about our daughter Sharon in a very uplifting service and Linda whose floral arrangements were absolutely stunning. We are based in Surrey and we were so grateful that the distance was not an issue for them, all going smooth as clockwork on the day, despite road closures due to floods and a major fire. So when I say Victoria and her team go that extra mile, I can say that literally. If you are unfortunate to need the service of a Funeral Director then don't add to your grief wondering which company to use, just let Victoria and her team look after you and your loved one.
