Wow… I am blown away with this beautiful family run business. At such an immensely sad time for my family, the level of care and support you have all given. From the first step through the doors, my sisters and I have been treated like an extended family. I would love to thank Victoria, Ross and Kim for everything you have shown us for our dear mums farewell. For Marie who was without doubt amazing, and welcomed us into your heart. Everyone here looked after our beloved mum, and our family on the hardest day I’ve ever experienced. The compliments we as a family received watching the service, how you all supported my sisters carry our mum. But most of all, how you all went above any expectation of your service to us. From the couch coffees, and discussing the personal touches, through to looking after everyone’s needs. It’s been an honour meeting you all, friendly yet so respectful. Nothing was too much and we all felt that. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ♥️

There are simply not enough words to describe T A Ellement .... From the very first initial meeting , Marie was the most caring , kindest , compassionate lady I've ever met. We lost our beautiful mum and saying goodbye is one of the hardest things to do . Marie arranged everything for us and nothing was too much trouble , at a time when we are all consumed with grief she somehow took some of our grief away... When mum was laying in their Chapel it really was like she was at home , it has a warmth and peacefulness beyond words. My mum was treated like she was their own mum ,it gave me comfort knowing mum was resting at T A Ellements . I cant thank Marie , Victoria, Ross and all the team enough , there are just not enough words. A family run business that really do go above and beyond . If you are unfortunate to need a funeral director please be assured TA Ellement will look after your loved ones like their own. I was a pallbearer for my mum, something I really wanted to do ....Victoria was by my side every step of the way giving me the support I needed , mums sending off was perfect and flawless , Marie even chose Jo the celebrant who was just perfect for mum ❤️ Thankyou guys from the bottom of my heart You made a very difficult day a tad more bearable Give Tilly a cuddle from us girls xxx

My sister and I were recommended this wonderful family run company and rightly so. From the beginning we dealt with Marie from the Ruislip branch and she treated us with kindness, empathy, professionalism and patience. Nothing was to much trouble as I struggled with grief and sometimes could not get my head around how we were going to organise our Dear Mums final farewell. The ambience and calmness of the shop itself was wonderful. No clinical rooms, it was just like sitting in Marie's lounge as she guided us through our wishes. She made some wonderful recommendations from Rvd James to flowers and also a company to help us arrange the Order of Service. On the actual day, Ross and team were absolutely wonderful. No rushing, just total calm and kindness, even offering us umbrellas for when the heavens opened (excuse the pun) as we left the Chapel. Because of T A Ellement and their team, our saddest day went like clockwork and a day we will remember with precious memories not grief. Thank thank thank you Marie. When the sad times comes and you have to say farewell to your loved one, we would totally recommend this company and at the most difficult time of your life, they will take some of that sadness away.

I cannot praise Victoria and her team enough, so professional and so compassionate and in her warm and friendly manner guided us through the process, ensuring that every wish and detail was arranged to perfection. At a time when we were consumed by grief, Victoria offered to contact Celebrants and Florists for us knowing that they would carry out our wishes just as she herself would. So I would like to thank Lynne for speaking about our daughter Sharon in a very uplifting service and Linda whose floral arrangements were absolutely stunning. We are based in Surrey and we were so grateful that the distance was not an issue for them, all going smooth as clockwork on the day, despite road closures due to floods and a major fire. So when I say Victoria and her team go that extra mile, I can say that literally. If you are unfortunate to need the service of a Funeral Director then don't add to your grief wondering which company to use, just let Victoria and her team look after you and your loved one.

We chose T A Ellement because I have been friends of the family owners for many years. The service we received from Victoria and all the team at Pinner was outstanding from start to finish. Very caring, understanding and friendly as well as being very professional. The Funeral service went very smoothly, albeit with the very rigid timescale at Breakspear Crematorium! It was a lovely personal touch that Victoria’s Dad, Kim assisted on the day despite his own health issues. You all did an amazing job for Mum and we would highly recommend T A Ellement to anyone. The staff were incredible at helping us with the arrangements following the death of my grandmother. From coming outside of normal working hours to pick her from her carehome, to offering to keep me company during visits to the chapel of rest when I was scared on my own. I’m so grateful for the amazing service we received during such a tough time. Thank you.

TA Ellements are a fabulous family run Funeral Directors in Pinner. When you most need the support & direction, they were there to offer calm, unhurried advice throughout what is a difficult time to navigate. My family are so very grateful to you all both in the Office & on the day.

When my husband passed l was obviously beside myself. I had never had to arrange a funeral before. I went to Ellement (Ruislip) and from the minute l walked in l was treated with compassion and care. Everyone on the day of the funeral commented on the way that the funeral was presented. Thank you to all that helped me deal with this difficult and heartbreaking time.

My family have recently used the services of T.A. Ellement & Son in Pinner and we cannot praise this company highly enough. From the first day all the staff have been professional, helpful, interested in our wishes and happy to go along with our requests some of which were personal to us as a family. We cannot recommend the T.A Ellement team highly enough . Our brother passed away recently after living in the Northwood area for many years. He was an Irishman living in the UK . As we, his family, are from Ireland and do not live in the UK , we were unfamiliar with how Funeral services work in the UK . Marie in the Ruislip office guided us through the process so professionally. All arrangements were made and the Funeral Service provided by Mark and his team on the day at the Breakspear Crematorium Chapel was beautifully done. The Celebrant recommended by Marie for the service was very sensitive and understanding to Irish traditions at funerals. We were so pleased. Also, both Marie and Amanda in the Pinner office ,then went the extra mile to allow us repatriate our brothers Ashes back to Ireland very quickly. We cannot thank them enough.

Total professionalism, compassion and dignity. From start to finish Marie was so kind, compassionate and caring when liaising with my family regarding laying my dear father to rest. Marie at the Ruislip office is the most patient person, nothing is too much trouble. Marie took the time to explain things from top to bottom. Totally professional, we never felt rushed and all the questions we had were always answered clearly and concisely. Communications leading up to the funeral were excellent. We visited my father in the chapel of rest and this was all handled with compassion and complete dignity at what is such an overwhelming and difficult time. T.A. Element we’re the funeral directors for my father-in-laws funeral today. We used them on the back of a recommendation, and we are really glad we did. Throughout the whole process they have been kind, considerate and compassionate - nothing was too much. They managed a tough process for our family fantastically well and I would recommend them to anyone who needs these services. I lost both my parents when I was 26 and was totally clueless and lost. I cannot thank the T.A. Ellement team, and especially Marie at the Ruislip Branch enough for their guidance and support. They made a traumatic period of my life so much easier and I will be forever grateful. The entire team are so professional in everything they do but manage to be caring and compassionate too. It is never easy walking into a funeral directors to organise a loved ones funeral, but Marie at T A ELLEMENT (Ruislip branch) put us at ease straightaway. What an absolutely fabulous sympathetic helpful and kind service we received from E Spark. From the moment I walked through the door to ask them to carry out this sad job for us to the day itself the staff showed the utmost empathy and kindness and professionalism. They organised everything perfectly. They go through all the necessities and guided me patiently with everything I needed to do. They clearly understood that my head was all over the place and nothing was too much trouble to explain. Ross was at the branch while I was there so he said he would carry out our funeral trip and as promised when the hearse arrived at our house the friendly and familiar face of Ross was there. But the other staff were absolutely amazing too, friendly helpful and kind. Then they chatted to us while they took us to the wake afterwards complimenting on the flowers and all the family that had attended. They clearly took interest in the part of our day that they were in charge of. The flowers were arranged by their recommended florist and were magnificent. I can genuinely say no part of their job could have been carried out better. I would add that seeing the beautiful little dog in the branch in his own chair when we visited the branch added a little lightness and distraction and certainly a smile to our times there. Super firm. I give them 5 stars and 10 out of 10. Thank you so much guys.

This is the 2nd time we have used E Sparks and Ellements, first for my wonderful Grandpa and now for sadly for my Amazing Dad. Victoria and her team recently did my Dad's funeral for me and it was a very very difficult time. They picked him up from Micheal Sobell hospice and brought him into their care. He was well looked after and treated with the dignity and respect he deserved. I was treated with compassion and understanding and all my wishes and needs were met. I was very emotional and distressed and they were very caring and even called to make sure everything was fine with the arrangements. They even last minute stopped leaving the funeral directors so I could quickly put something in the coffin and say goodbye even though I had said I wasn't going to view in the chapel of rest. Totally professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, they went above and beyond for me and my brother to make sure everything was perfect to give my Dad the best Goodbye and send off he deserved. Would highly recommend Victoria and all of the team at E Sparks in Northwood. Honestly they were so amazing and professional. Thank you so much to you all for providing my Dad with the best care and the respect he deserved. I hope I don't have to use you soon but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to chose you as our family funeral directors.

During a really difficult and upsetting time I can not thank the team at E Spark for everything they have done. A real family run business who would not do enough for me. Special thank you to Louise, heather and also the loveliest friendly dog Charlie. Who a long with everyone else was giving me great comfort. I know my lovely daddy was truly looked after.
