Best mechanic ever!!! Professional work and good explanation of what had to be done. While they fixed our Prado, Tristan took us to town and gave great recommendations about the best spots in South West Rocks. If you have a problem with your car this is the place to go to.

I cannot say ENOUGH about our experience with this business and we didn’t even get to set foot in the shop. We called in after having mechanical issues just outside of South West rocks and having to pull over our ford ranger towing a 2T caravan. Jess spent 20 minutes with us on the phone diagnosing the problem and talking us through the solution, for nothing in return. We were back on the road in no time ahead of our 6 hour journey back to Sydney. Jess single handedly saved us. Thankyou again!

We originally went to Southwest Rocks Mobile Mechanics just for a simple oil change. Tristan noticed a few issues while checking the car and really went above and beyond to help us out. Since we’re traveling and on a budget, he took the time to explain everything clearly – what was important to fix, what could wait, and even which parts we could buy ourselves to save some money. He managed to fit us in again just a few days later, even though he’s in the middle of opening his new workshop and had a lot going on. He was super honest and helpful. You can tell he really cares about his customers and not just about making money. We’re so grateful for his honesty, flexibility, and kindness – would 100% recommend him to anyone in the area!

Hands down Jess and Tristan are the best to deal with in a stressful situation. We are up in South West Rocks on holidays, something didn't feel right with the car and Jess called back on a Sunday and managed to get me into their workshop to look over everything. Turns out it was more serious so I am so grateful that Tristan took the time to really listen to me and looked over the car thoroughly. Thank you both again!!

South West Rocks mobile mechanics are hands down the best mechanics I have used they went above and beyond to help me out on a Saturday afternoon on a long weekend Jess organised everything over the phone even the tow truck as I was broken down on the side of the highway! They worked on my car Saturday night and finished it off on Sunday morning so I could pick it up! The cost to repair on a long weekend was very reasonable! I will be taking my car back for regular servicing now even though I live 200km away! Don’t go past these guys they are the best in the buisness friendly service and genuine people! Tony!

Thanks so much Tristan and team. Fixed our entire leaky engine, which other mechanics wrote off and wouldn't look at properly because of the work involved, basically told me to get a new car. Also helped get baby car seats back home, picked up and fixed other car at the same time and went over and above on fixing other issues. If you want good service and a genuine explanation when diagnosing your car's issues, I suggest running it past Tristan to have a look at. Thanks mate you saved me having to get a new car and under half the cost on other quotes to fix the engine.
