Amazing experience, the leak had been difficult to detect and repair but thankfully found under pavers/ air con unit outside. work was performed quickly and efficiently . very impressed. not sure on cost as yet so couldnt comment. very happy it was repaired quickly as we had no water for a few days previously. thankyou

Thanks for the feedback, Madhu, and I'm sorry about the delay getting you the separate invoice. You asked twice and it should have gone out the first time. That one is on me, and it is now with you.

On the leak, we came back out at no charge and tested it two ways. We marked the water meter and watched it for over ten minutes with no movement, and put a pressure gauge on the line which held without dropping. The pipework is sound. What you are seeing is the wall still drying out from the original leak, which had been running about three weeks before we were called, and brickwork takes a couple of weeks to dry.

I have emailed you the videos of both tests so you can see them yourself. If anything still does not sit right, ring me on 1300 634 581 and I will go through it with you.

Massive thank you to Jono! I submitted an online enquiry in the morning and Vanessa promptly phoned me to organise for someone to do a home visit later that afternoon from 12-2. Jono arrived at 12pm sharp and quickly diagnosed the root issue that was causing my blocked kitchen drain. He explained all the options and pricing to me clearly and quickly started the job which he was able to complete within the hour. He showed me pictures of the issue to help me understand what work was completed. Jono also offered a free plumbing health check which advised of potential non-urgent issues that I should be aware of for the near future. I am so appreciative of Jono's help and expertise today, I highly recommend Swan plumbing!
