Absolutely amazing, they helped me keep within my budget, were transparent about everything. The hospitality was great, especially as I travelled by myself to Istanbul. The support during my stay was great as I didn’t have to worry about getting from and to the airport and my hotel was included in the price. I was made to feel comfortable during my stay, even during times of uncertainty they addressed all my worries with no issue. 10/10 service and great staff.

I loved working with this team in helping me obtain the look I had for so long wanted. They looked after me brilliantly and my "carer" Zuhal was lovely. The surgeon and dentist they hooked me up with were of the highest standard. The English of the surgero team is excellent but be prepared for the hospital staff, nurses etc, not so. The area I stayed in to recuperate was wonderful and everyone was so friendly and understanding. After working with surgero you will leave thinking you now have a Turkish family. I had an incredible experience at Surgero. I needed a full jaw reconstruction and opted for 6 implants on each side, totaling 12. Zuhal was an exceptional contact who provided unwavering support and reassurance throughout the process. She was incredibly patient, always available, and even sent me quotes without any pressure. After choosing Surgero, I underwent the procedure on August 30th and returned home on September 7th. The experience was remarkable. They extracted 18 teeth, inserted 12 implants, and placed 24 temporary fixed teeth. There was no pain, and Dr. Batu were top-notch. Zuhal continued to check in on me throughout my stay, providing reassurance and support. I've rarely encountered such dedication from a professional. I came to Surgero for an All-on-6 implants and, let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made for my smile. Dr. Batu was incredible – he explained every step in a way that made sense, and now my smile is legit better than I ever thought it could be. Emre was my patient coordinator and guide, and I gotta give a shoutout to him too. He sorted out everything, even when I had questions at like midnight (sorry Emre!). I had a DHI hair transplant done at Surgero, and I’m honestly blown away by the results so far. It’s only been 5 months, but I’m already seeing a full new hairline coming in! Kemal was my technician, and he was super patient and professional the whole time. The procedure itself was way smoother than I expected. Zuhal was my patient coordinator, and I gotta give her props – she handled EVERYTHING. From getting me picked up at the airport to making sure I had all my post-op products, she made sure I was good at every stage. How they are professional Best surgeons, best hospitality, best client care! I found Surgero via what.clinic and contacted them alongside other clinics. As they're a relatively new company, my initial impression based off the website wasn't too impressive compared to facial team and some others, however I was blown away by their professionalism and service in due course. And after beng shown their new website in making, it will outdo other companies. Erdem (The CEO) contacted me via whatsapp in a competent and prompt manner. From the get go he made me feel welcome and in charge of what was going on (compared to some other clinics which were pushy / dismissive of my wants). For example, I wanted no fillers and all ops in one go, some clinics had issue with this. Being contacted so hastily felt weird at first coming from the UK with very long waiting times but over a short period of time, Erdem built rapport with me and I felt like I could ask him any question and receive a trust worthy answer. Once i decided I would book with them, the information sent to me was fantastic. From timetable sheets, offer letters, communications to my university for mitigating circumstances, and phrase translation sheets. The clinic was always there to help, regardless of the time. The service they offered here stood out from the other clinics by a LONG margin. I then had my initial (first of three) consultation via video call with both the CEO and my surgeon. I felt like I could ask any question I needed and when I asked Bestir some difficult questions, he answered firmly and confidently. When I had arrived in turkey, Surgero had arranged my transport to the hotel (which i stayed in for a few days before surgery due to off flight times which was easy and no stress to sort out via surgero. Erdem met me at the hotel for a quick hi which helped ease any concern I had about being in another country without a representative. The next day, Zuhal from Surgero took me and my girlfriend out fort a tour which was super lovely, she was easy to get on with, interesting, informed and funny. On the day of the surgery, I was transferred to the hospital and met Erdem who took me through some paperwork. Then I was handed over to the Turkish hospital staff. Most of them spoke some broken english but I never felt like I wasn't being cared for despite the language barrier at this point. It has given me a huge confidence boost I know this can come across as an exaggeration but choosing Surgero to perform my nose job surgery in Istanbul genuinely changed my life! The pre and post-op care went above and beyond, with my comfort and understanding of the process being prioritised, making the surgery a very enjoyable and joyful experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! I did not have any pain and I was cared for throughout I had 3 implants done at the clinic. It was performed by Firat and his team. I was worried about having the procedure.
