Friendly and Helpful
Ashraqat was very helpful and booked us at the last-minute on a Felucca ride around Elephantine Island in Aswan. Our guide Mahmoud was very friendly and informative, and the area is so peaceful. We had an excellent time and highly recommend this group. Even though there wasn’t a lot of wind that day, we appreciated that they called a small motorboat to help our felucca for part of the journey rather than cancel. Other operators cancelled, but thankfully Sun Pyramids Tours still made it work!

Hicimos el tour privado de 8 días por el Cairo y el Nilo con dos niños (7 y 9 años). Todo super bien organizado por Reham, que nos ayudó a preparar un viaje muy completo, muy bien organizado y con tiempo para disfrutar por nuestra cuenta. Egipto es espectacular y nuestros dos guías, Ahmed en el Nilo y Said en El Cairo, lo hicieron muy bien. Muy recomendable.

I recently spent 8 unforgettable days in Egypt with Sun Pyramids, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to enjoy every moment without any worries.
I would especially like to thank Eslam and Osama, who were incredibly attentive to us at all times. Their kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge made the trip truly special. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and shared so many fascinating insights that brought each place to life.

Agencia muy recomendable para conocer Egipto
Hemos hecho el tour organizado privado para nuestra familia (dos niños de 7 y 9 años) con Sun Piramids y ha sido una gran experiencia. Todo muy bien organizado para aprovechar bien el tiempo y también dejarnos espacio y tiempo libre para disfrutar de las visitas por nuestra cuenta. Todos los pasos y traslados han estado siempre bien organizados y explicados, contactándonos en todo momento para asegurar que todo fuera bien. Destacar a nuestro guía, Ahmed, que fue una compañía excelente todo el crucero. Nos enseñó muchas cosas de la cultura egipcia y los monumentos y fue siempre muy atento con nosotros y especialmente con los niños. También agradecer a Youssef la atención en el traslado al aeropuerto, muy simpático y atento. El crucero todo muy bien y también las visitas y el guía en El Cairo. Lo recomendamos sin duda.

Viaggio indimenticabile! L’agenzia locale Sun Pyramids e i suoi agenti sono stati super disponibili e professionali, dall’organizzazione del viaggio per tutta la durata della nostra permanenza. Mille grazie ad Hassan che dal primo momento ha progettato l’intero itinerario secondo le nostre preferenze, venendoci incontro e consigliando le soluzioni migliori per ogni giornata, in più si è sempre assicurato che tutto andasse bene nel quotidiano. Mille grazie ad Ahmed che ha gestito in loco l’itinerario, a Mohamed, il rappresentante aziendale, che ci ha accompagnati e seguiti durante gli ultimi giorni, a Yonis che ci ha accompagnati alle Piramidi e Magdy che l’ultimo giorno ci ha aiutati a risolvere un imprevisto. Un viaje inolvidable
A principios del mes de marzo 2026 hicimos un viaje de 10 días a Egipto con Sun Pyramids Tours. La verdad es que todo fue fantástico. Por supuesto empezando por las maravillas que tiene Egipto en arte, templos, historia, gente y también por lo bien atendidos que estuvimos durante el viaje . Tanto nuestra agente de la agencia Ashraqat que siempre ha estado a punto de resolvernos dudas y ayudarnos en la organización, como los guías Aladino en el Alto Egipto, el cual cumplió todos nuestros deseos, siendo en lugar de un guía y unos "viajeros" a practicamente amigos y teniendo unos grandes conocimientos egiptólogos como también Amani, en el Bajo Egipto , atenta y explicándonos todo de una forma muy pedagógica. Los delegados por la agencia que nos atendieron en las llegadas/salidas de los sitios, como Akem Elhelw y Omar Saleh en El Cairo o Mahmoud Ibrahim en Luxor y siento si me dejo alguno, siempre vigilantes de nosotros y ofreciendo gran simpatía. Una vez llegados a casa y madurado un poco todo el viaje, sinceramente , en el caso de repetir viaje, me gustaría ir a través de la misma agencia y de la misma gente que nos atendió. Muchísimas gracias a todos.
