- BEWARE! their contracts require CERTIFIED MAIL to report any non-performance and non-renewal! And they staunchly enforce!! They try to TRAP you, making it difficult to terminate, even after reporting issues, and penalize you with 25% of 12 months contract value if terminate early!! ROBBERY!! -Cleaning crews are CARELESS and INCONSISTENT and UNSAFE!! Left our door and gate open and left DIRTY RAGS all over the property. - AVOID this franchise in the GNO area and SHAME ON YOU LUIS GARZA-SALAS!!!
