We recently hired Emmanuel and the team at Sterling Park Properties for a complete deck rebuild, and their structural craftsmanship and build quality are phenomenal. From the ground up, their focus on construction details was clear: Rock-Solid Framing: Built with ground-contact pressure-treated lumber, tightly spaced 12" on-center joists, and heavy-duty Simpson hardware for a completely rigid, bounce-free structure. Meticulous Moisture Protection: They went the extra mile with comprehensive flashing, polyurethane sealing, and full butyl seam tape across every joist, beam, and ledger to protect the subframe for decades. Precision Finish Work: Every miter cut, wrapped post, and hidden fastener on our Trex Select decking and custom rail system was installed with exact tolerances and zero cut corners. Emmanuel and Alexa ran the job with outstanding communication, full transparency, and total respect for our property. If you want a contractor who treats framing and flashing with the same high standards as the final visible finishes, hire Sterling Park Properties. Additionally, they provided a one year warranty for their work.

They treated me like family, and my satisfaction was their priority.
