My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience as we felt like the sales staff had provided inaccurate information, and the company refused to honour it subsequently. Seems like the company on a whole prioritises sales/profits rather than families’ interests at heart, making it no different from the other similar service providers out there. Furthermore, it does not inform you on the actual utilization rate, and is also quite coy about it, as it is actually very little (around only 20 actual scientific use cases out of the 100k banked with them, if we recall correctly).

Was served by Victoria at MM in 2024. Her explanations were clear and concise. No hard selling, she asked me to walk around first to think about it - which I love and appreciate. Eventually I came back in less than an hour to sign up. She provides the best after-sales care as she is responsive with the questions I asked! Fast forward, had an e-cesarean, not sure what happened but all I know I didn’t needed to worry about the box collection. Thank you for your warm service!

My wife (who is 7 months pregnant) and I were at Mummy's Market last weekend. When we walked past the Stemcord booth, a sales person came over trying to sell us the service. However, when we said no and walk along, she bashed through us, shoving my wife aside and trying to run to another potential customer who seemed interested. Stemcord representatives cannot even give the most basic due care to another fellow human being (further more a pregnant one, at such a fair with prego mums and kids), how can we expect stemcord to even give the basic duty of care to such delicate services you are offering?
