Fantastic ! I just had the massage with Jessie and I'm impressed! I'm an old customer from Spa Mobile and they have a very good standard of well qualified professionals, but Jessie was definetely something else. She has science on her hands, a high-end professional, very thoughtfull, attention to details to provide a deep relax moment. The day after my crhonical pains on my shoulders and arms dissapeared ! 5 stars with no hesitation! I'll certainly come back for her !

Deeply Disappointed — Recent In-Home Massage Experience with Spa Mobile I am deeply dissatisfied and frankly appalled by the experience my husband and I had during our most recent massage booking with Spa Mobile. Therapist: Jessie. We have booked spa mobile ‘s at-home massage service multiple times and have always valued the convenience and quality you provided. This visit was not just a disappointment; it was entirely unacceptable and left us both feeling cheated and disrespected. To put it plainly, it was a complete waste of almost $400 To summarize our concerns: My relaxation massage (with head and feet add-ons): • The session opened with 10 minutes of body shaking described as a relaxation technique, with no actual massage work • The head massage lasted approximately 5 minutes only • The heel area was completely skipped during the foot massage • The full body portion covered only the back torso and inner legs — large sections were left entirely untouched • When I politely flagged the missed areas, the therapist became dismissive and asked me to trust the process My husband’s full body deep tissue massage (with feet add-on): • His session also opened with 10 minutes of no actual massage, and large parts of his body were left untouched throughout • The feet add-on was not properly delivered • No meaningful pressure was applied despite him requesting it three separate times We have always chosen Spa Mobile because we trusted the service they bring into our home. That trust has been seriously damaged. I had written a message to spa mobile about this but had no response.
