I had a great time buying a bike with this team, I am very excited to get some miles on it. The team is helpful and not pushy, they work as a team. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me out! I also got to test ride two bikes to see which I liked better which was very helpful, you just have to sign a waiver. They also support tune ups working your first year and can fix things needed!

This is the only shop in the city that receives my business. So many shops out there only work on bikes bought inhouse at those shops. These guys welcome outide business, and – if they can't fix it – it can't be fixed. Friendly folks who offer their advice free of charge if you simply have questions.

Coming to South Shore Cyclery was one of the best accidental discoveries I’ve ever had. I was in search of a local bike shop for assembly and tuning of my bike, and Josiah offered so much more. He made sure my brakes and bike fit were locked in, he was super communicative (the store texts you updates on progress), and he even charged my Di2 because he knew i had a race coming up. It’s these kind of personal touches that make this experience less like a business transaction and more like a really skilled cycling professional helping others by doing what he loves. Pricing was phenomenal, kindness was abundant, trust was high. I feel really lucky to have stumbled into this store.

Excellent bike shop! I rented a road bike for a triathlon from this shop during the same weekend in August for 4 years. That’s how good they are. Rental is always ready on time, serviced, and the guys working at the shop are extremely friendly. Thank you South Shore Cyclery!

I was traveling from out of state for the USA Triathlon National Championships, and needed to rent a road bike. South Shore hooked me up with the right bike to fit my 6’1 frame, and were super helpful. The saddle bag had all the tools I would have needed if I got a flat, including 2 co2 cartridges which was an extra plus. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

The rental was easy and Steve and his team were very accommodating. The bike was nice and in good working order. It was exactly what I needed for my bike trip. Steve was very nice to credit money back for the day of rental that wasn’t needed. Would rent a bike from south shore cycling again.

I brought my bike in a couple weeks ago and the staff here couldn't have been more helpful! I hadn't ridden my bike in over a year and a half and wanted to take it out over the weekend only to see I had a flat tire and the presta valve was broken. I brought the bike in and they did a quick tune up so that I could use the bike that weekend. Very happy with their customer service. I will be a returning customer for sure!

This is a great shop. I looked around for an electric bike and decided on a Giant. I asked them to install a rack I had which didn't fit so he swapped it for one they had. Super fast service and nice! Very happy with the bike.
