First time at this shop. Broke my derailer arm on my mtb and brought it in. The staff was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Fixed everything, trued up the back tire, replaced the chain and fixed some of my cables as well The turn around time was astoundingly fast. A breath of fresh air from dealing with other bike shops. Highly recommend these folks 👌

About a week ago I broke the front derailleur mount on one of my vintage giant tcr aero bikes and needed to find a replacement. I googled giant bike dealers in the area and south shore cycle came up, so I called but were closed at the time. I received a text message shortly asking how they could help. I wrote about my derailleur mount and the model and year and Steve put it on order. The part came in the following week. Steve went out of his way to help get my bike back on the road again with out having to convert my 2x to a 1x. Thanks again, Steve at South shore cycle 🚲.

Attempt to raise my handle bars. Purchased an extension from South Shore. Seemed simple enough. Somehow I damaged the stem nut. So I did the walk of shame into the shop. Parts in hand. Explained what I did. My bike was immediately put in the stand, stem nut repaired. Forks re-installed. Riser installed. Bike back to riding condition for a fair price

I had a great time buying a bike with this team, I am very excited to get some miles on it. The team is helpful and not pushy, they work as a team. I told them what I was looking for and they helped me out! I also got to test ride two bikes to see which I liked better which was very helpful, you just have to sign a waiver. They also support tune ups working your first year and can fix things needed!

Excellent and competent service. Steve took time to explain to me what was doing. He said I could return to fine tune the fitting. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend them.

This is the only shop in the city that receives my business. So many shops out there only work on bikes bought inhouse at those shops. These guys welcome outide business, and – if they can't fix it – it can't be fixed. Friendly folks who offer their advice free of charge if you simply have questions.
