These guys are fantastic! I really beat up my bike and they fixed it up so that it feels brand new! Great communication throughout the repair too. Highly recommend!

I’ve moved down the block from them and ever time I need help with my first bike! They helped so much! Definitely recommend this place!!! They helps me/ showed me how to fill up my tires! ☺️

I was their yesterday I took my rims to get tube, and tires installed the person who helped me was really nice gave me a good price but there was a lady there who was talking down on me and my rims because one had the Dork Disc plastic broken said it made the store look bad and them I think she said that because I am Hispanic and I think that bother her it's okay I will take my business some were else

Friendly, patient, helpful staff. We rented 4 e-bikes for 4 hours. Plenty of time to do the Oak Leaf Trail from South Shore Park to the Grant Park Golf Course and stop for dinner. Great location.

Top notch cycling shop. Always great customer service and they have anything you need to keep your bike safe and on the road. Repairs are done in a timely manner.
Really good selection of new/used bikes and the bike museum is really fun. It’s really great having a pro shop of this quality in Cudahy.

Great service. Friendly competent techs. Patiently got all my accessories on and off the bike. Bike was good, but had non-hydraulic disk breaks that were not very good. Highly recommend them.

Thanks Les, we are also big fans of hydraulic disc brakes (unfortunately not all bikes come with them standard)
Easy website to negotiate and very personal service! The extra large bike wasn't listed on the website so when I got there, they asked me if I would like a bigger bike. The bike was in great shape. Very convenient and close to the bike path. I definitely would recommend South Shore Cyclery.

Southshore cyclery is a great place to buy a bike very nice people to deal with.The owner Steve is awsome knows alot about what bycicle would be the best fit for you and will really work with you to help you with anything you need for your bike.

All the mechanics and reps were so helpful and knowledgeable. I planned a last minute trip and not only did they install the gear in a timely fashion but went above and beyond to help with mymapping and navigation. Best bike shop I've ever been to.
