My experience from start to finish has been extremely positive. Making or changing an appointment was extremely easy. They had availability that fit my schedule. The front of the house staff was very kind and welcoming at check in/check out. I have seen Ashley and Jessica. The providers are friendly and very knowledgeable and offer no nonsense treatment plans and they are upfront about pricing! 10/10 in my book!

Ms Jessica provided a very detailed consultation. Talked me through the science, technique, expectations, assured me that there are follow check-ins. I just felt comfortable and valued. Then Ms Kelsey - exactly the same..she walked me through the steps, techniques and expectations. I really wanted to be seen at a place that wasn't going to sell me a treatment and push me out the door. Southeast Aesthetic welcomed me as a patient that will be taken care of and looked after...a partner in the journey.

This was my first visit here. I felt very welcomed. I received a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in. My appointment was with Gabby for a Hydrofacial. She was very friendly and explained everything about the facial. We had great conversation during the facial. My exit was also friendly. Good customer service is rare these days, so my experience here made my day. If your needing a facial, this is the place and dont forget to request Gabby.

The reviews are legit not just for the business but for Ashley herself. She was an absolute joy. Ashley is kind, knowledgeable and very easy to carry on conversation with. All things I was looking for. She made me feel very comfortable before I even sat down, and gave me an overview of what to expect for my first treatment. I had not been to SAW in a while and the new building is beautiful and the front desk ladies were kind and welcoming as well.
