Delayed review on my end, but very well-deserved!
They detected an underground pipe leak within less than an hour and thoroughly checked the entire house to make sure nothing was missed. The leak was fixed the next day and a detailed report was provided. Saved me thousands of rands in municipal costs.
Exceptional service; very professional, efficient while still being very affordable.
I would highly recommend them to anyone with a suspected leak.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Pool Leak Detection Service
I highly recommend this company for their pool leak detection services. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, reasonably priced, and extremely efficient.
When you discover that your pool is leaking, you naturally panic a little and it can be easy to worry that you might be taken advantage of. That certainly wasn’t the case here. They were honest, knowledgeable, and properly investigate and identify the problem.
They also came out and fixed the problem at a third of the price my pool guy, I’ve used for years quoted me.
Thank you for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Rude and not professional company. Demanding payment upfront. They shouldnt be trusted. Would you go to a restaurant that ask payment upfront?

Hi Meir,
We’re sorry that our policies did not meet your expectations.
At no stage did we demand payment. We simply explained our company’s payment policy before any work was carried out, giving you the opportunity to decide whether or not to proceed. You chose not to, which is completely your prerogative.
We even offered you a discounted rate should you have wished to have more than one pool tested, despite you deciding not to proceed.
We do feel that a one-star review is unwarranted, particularly when no services were rendered. However, you are, of course, entitled to your opinion.
Every business operates differently, and our policies have served both our clients and our company well, as reflected by our 4.8-star rating from many satisfied customers.
We wish you all the best in finding a contractor whose way of operating better suits your needs.
Kind regards,
Damon

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional. I was shouted at and told, using vulgar language, to “shove my comment up my behind” simply for expressing my opinion.
Respectful customer service should be the minimum standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I hope the owners address this behaviour so that future customers are treated with the professionalism they deserve.
