Chris was amazing! He was not only incredibly kind but also highly professional and dedicated to resolving my issue. Despite the problem ultimately being outside of his control due to the manufacturer, Chris went above and beyond—spending an hour on the phone with them trying to find a solution. Chris helped me transition from Android to iPhone, upgrade my old 10-year-old desktop system, consolidate and move websites onto a cheaper web host, consolidate my email history, combine my photos, making them all available in one place, and move from Verizon Wireless to a cheaper wireless option. He has done this over the past couple of years, and it has been a lot of change. Chris is naturally a calm, expert tech support guy with a caring approach. I’m on the other side of all this now, but when we started, I was overwhelming. I was frustrated because I didn’t have the words to ask for what I needed, explain my problems, or get help to resolve problems I was experiencing. I’m so lucky to have had Chris’s help. Chris is a good listener. If Chris doesn’t know the answer, he knows where to look. He often had alternative ways to get to the same outcome if we ran into a problem. He’s an excellent problem solver. Chris helped me make a lot of important decisions. He helped me clarify my needs, criteria, and options to make good choices. Often those choices were lower cost, saving me money over the long run. I frequently felt like I owed Chris more for his services than he charged. He’s worth more than he charges for his tech-support expertise.
I’ve great confidence in Chris’s abilities and can strongly recommend him for technical support to anyone!

We hired Chris to help us with our WiFi which was slow and spotty in certain corners of the house. He’s very friendly and after asking some questions he was able to diagnose the issue, and recommended that we switch to a mesh WiFi network. He even offered to go to Best Buy to pick up the new router and came back to install it on the same day! Since then our WiFi has been way more reliable and faster. We ended up hiring him again to help us choose a new LED Smart TV in or our living room and he came back to mount it over our fireplace and concealed all the wiring and our cable box for a clean looking installation. He walked us through the functions of the smart TV and configured the remote to control everything so we don’t need to fumble around with multiple remotes to watch TV. Chris is efficient, direct, and transparent. We will definitely call him again when we need tech help!

Chris of SOS saved us today when he was able to solve a problem others could not figure out. All three of our TVs were very sluggish or not working at all. They would be connected to the internet and then the wouldn’t be. It happened over and over. Day after day. Today, we reached out to Chris and he was able to figure out the issue and guide us thru the steps to fix it. Took about an hour. All is well and we now have 3 working tvs - all with great response time. THANK YOU CHRIS.

Chris at Solution Oriented Services was able to help me diagnose and fix a Wifi connection issue with my Vizio SmartTV that suddenly started a few days ago. The best part is that he was able to help me remotely via video call, as we are in different parts of the country!
