Dedication and professionalism Chris was amazing! He was not only incredibly kind but also highly professional and dedicated to resolving my issue. Despite the problem ultimately being outside of his control due to the manufacturer, Chris went above and beyond—spending an hour on the phone with them trying to find a solution.
