She was amazing to work with and was able to accommodate my work schedule to help resolve my case in a very favorable manner. She was kind, instructive, and made a very stressful process much easier. I would highly recommend. ----- I called 6 times over the last 2 weeks (different times hoping to catch someone) and have left multiple voicemails. No answer, no returned calls.
