Sheila had to take on a very difficult marital asset transaction involving multiple dangers including liens, debts and arrears from my ex. It needed to be done before the property became unsellable with another potential lien. She navigated through difficult measures and circumstances with me. She had an answer for every single problem that arose from my ex’s financial situation that was imposed on us, and had all the information for every potential danger that we could think up. Sheila was fantastic! She walked us through the entire home buying process and made things so much easier. She ended up saving us a lot of money at closing which was a great surprise! We had A LOT of questions and she answered them promptly. We got a great interest rate thanks to her as well! She also reached out to us several times regarding an emergency surgery we gad on our dog, which halted the home buy process for about a month.. but was ready to jump right back into it as soon as we were ready!
