9/1/26 -Update: Since installation the door has worked flawlessly, but over time it became a bit noisy. A service call by Daryl resolved the problem. Not only was Daryl expert in his knowledge he shared all the details I need to be able with a few simple steps to maintain the door to keep it in tiptop shape. And he performed a number of tests to assure the door is working efficiently and safely.
5 STARS for the installation and 5 STARS for the follow-up service!
April 2025 - Joe installed a new garage door today, because we needed one with a window panel. He was professional, efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. The installation is perfect. I’ve used Shank Door before and like their service.

Nick and Nolan were fantastic ! They were efficient and thorough . At the end of the install process of two new overhead openers , they made sure we were comfortable and knew all functions before departing . They represent Shank Doors well !!

He called several times and left messages but never heard back. If you would like us to come back out, we would love to assist you. Had a great experience with Shank Door today who replaced our garage doors and openers. What an amazing difference in looks and reduction in noise when the doors open and close. Our installer was Joe who was prompt, professional and just did a great job overall. Could not be happier!

I had a front entrance door installed last year. I also had a entrance door installed this year to my garage. Both jobs where done excellent and men clean up after themselves. Devin W. Is as good as Groffie at installing. Had another entrance door and storm door installed on 8/26 both done exceptional good by Tim D. And Ryan H. This is the third and 4th doors done by Shank Door.

Tim G and Ryan H came to install a sliding glass door for us on 8/6/26. They did a great job! They were very friendly and professional. Trim work looks great and they cleaned up after they were done like they were never here. 10/10. Would recommend.

I strongly recommend this company!!!! I have wanted new garage doors for decades and when the old one broke I already knew from friends and relatives that I would be using Shank. The salesman, Mike, was so nice and helpful..he came back and patched the old door so I can use it and even helped me move something random that was too heavy for me. The installers, Tim D. And Ryan H., literally spent the day here. The installation was meticulous. Beautiful doors and great employees ❣️
