My indoor garage door remote didn't work I called and they sent harold h to me he did a fantastic job and a little extra he changed two door rollers and greased my track and wheels and was very professional and courteous he's a credit to his work he's the one that goes over and above for the clients assigned to his work order he also adjusted my springs that keeps the door leveled which was never done in the first place I was very happy he was my technician for the day

Shank doors was great!!! Brandon was patient and educated us on all of the different garage door types, and helped us narrow down to a few options. He sent us over multiple quotes until we selected the winner. After picking the garage doors we liked, Shank provided an estimate on the install date. Shank came exactly on the day they said they would. Joe, our Shank door install technician, was friendly and easy-going. He asked questions before starting the install and then walked us through the functionality of the lights, remotes, wall consoles, WiFi enablement, and motion sensors, afterwards. We really recommend Shank Doors for your home/garage needs.

I called Shank Door just to service my garage door, but it turned into a great experience thanks to Jesse and Nolan. They were both super friendly, asked all the right questions, and really knew what they were doing. I mentioned I’d been thinking about upgrading to a quieter, stronger opener for my large door, and Jesse had the perfect option right on his truck. He walked me through it and made the decision easy. They installed it quickly, kept everything clean, and made sure I was fully set up before they left. They even helped connect it to the app and my vehicles. Honestly, the customer service with Shank Door is always great from the first phone call, and Jesse and Nolan carried that all the way through. Really appreciate the help today. Great team.

Shank Door installed the garage doors on my home 20 years ago when my house was built, and my original doors and openers served me very well, so when I was ready to replace doors, openers, etc...Shank was my only natural choice for the work. I ordered 2 Beautiful Insulated Doors, All New Hardware, Door Openers and even had my original Wood trim and brick moulding removed and replaced with Maintenance Free PVC Poly trim and moulding around both door openings. Upon meeting, and executing an order with Brandon Clemmer, who was very Product Knowledgeable and an all around great sales guy, I had requested a few months delay with him and Amos in their office, since I didn't want to have the work performed over winter weather, which Shank conveniently accommodated. This week Dave, their Technician and Installer performed All of this work himself, in One Day, arriving at 7AM and finishing up around 4:30PM and never took a break, worked his butt off hard all day, including working with the very heavy door panels on my larger door, and he did a Beautiful Job! He was very friendly, a people-person and treated my home and property with the utmost respect like it was his own. Dave is a Very Hard Worker and a True Craftsman who takes pride in his work and making certain his work is Top-Notch, making sure I was very pleased with his installations and the products before he left my home. Dave's a True Asset to the Shank Organization!! I am Very Happy with the entire experience I had with Shank Doors and everyone I worked with, and knew I would, hence why there was No Other Choice when it came to Garage Door Work and Services at my home!!

Great business The whole experience with Shank Door was great!! Starting with Ben coming out and giving great advice on what we needed. Then Tim doing the actual install on screen door and repairs on an existing screen door and regular door. I will add to this review we had a garage door installed by Shank also. No problems at all with garage door which we have about 8-10 yrs.

First off customer service was excellent. Jordan and his team mates are on top of it and will make it right 💯 percent. Technician Daryl was courteous respective to property and cleaned up after himself very, very very professional at his job. Replace all functional parts and pulleys that need replaced. He replace auto damaged parts 💯 percent satisfied. He is a good access to Shank doors he is a keeper. Five thumbs up 👍 👍👍👍👍 💯 Percent Veteran Approved. Awesome job Daryl.
