All smiles and peaceful atmosphere. The first smile was Patsy as she assisted me in checking in to visit my friend for the first time. I walked with the nurse as she pushed my friend to the dining room. Again more smiles and nods of greeting. We were new. We feel welcome. On my way out Patsy handed me my drivers license that I had left in the scanner. Big smile. Sincere smile.

Nice, well-kept facility with happy residents, who are well-cared for. It was a honor and privilege to perform for the resident there this afternoon.

Security is excellent. Residents' rooms are nice. Staff is very attentive. Residents are able to participate in many many activities. The religious service I attended was very well done.

On Mondays at 4:45 pm, there is a piano concert by a student from HSPVA. Lovely entertainment for the residents. They all seem to enjoy it very much

Marsha, Loren, and the team at The Medallion treat their residents with the utmost respect, care, and attention. My mother was there for nearly two months for respite care and it was the perfect place for her to heal and to be part of a supportive community. It gave us peace of mind knowing that my mom was always being looked after by people who treat residents like their own family. Highly recommended.

The morning weekend receptionist is very helpful and easy to talk to and some of the nurses are as well As for the ‼️kitchen staff some of them are horrible and needs to be trained on customer service..but overall the facility is always clean

Edited to add: My mother lived at the Medallion for a little over two years. Her health declined and she needed more care than an assisted living facility could offer. The Medallion staff treated me like family and gave me invaluable support: they let me stay in the facility, provided me meals and allowed me the time I needed to evaluate my mom’s needs and transfer her to a facility near me in my home state. It was a very difficult time for me and my mom, but the Medallion made it easier. I will be forever grateful to them. Original Review The Medallion staff are responsive and caring. I live out of state, and I feel confident that my loved one is well cared for and thriving. The facility feels more like a home than an institutional setting.

Great for respite stays! Honestly, this facility is extraordinary. High class, very clean and very friendly, yet somehow affordably priced. My family has used The Medallion for respite visits by my mom, who is 90 and orthodox. These respite visits allow our family to travel with a happy heart and clear conscience, knowing that Mom is well cared for. Mom has also used The Medallion as a place to go during Pesach, saving our family the work of preparing our home for the holiday, Orthodox style (aside from Mom, we're a secular family). The Medallion provides really excellent kosher meals (not "kosher style", but the real thing), on-site religious services, and plenty of activities, field trips, and opportunities to socialize. They even have a terrific library (mom is an avid reader), and amenities - even a pool! Truly a good place. Highly recommended.

The leadership at the Medallion is responsive, committed and communicates well. The community is dedicated to the well being of the residents, their families and the staff. Comfort Keepers has worked with Marsha and her team for 3 years and the experience has been excellent. I highly recommend the Medallion and its leadership for the quality of care that they provide.

We couldn't be happier with the care that my mother receives here. After visiting several facilities before making our decision, it was obvious that there was something different - genuine care and concern for the residents. Additionally, there are a great deal of activities to choose from and the staff are always open and receptive to feedback from both family members and residents. I would highly recommend The Medallion for your loved one.

I have worked at a dozen different facilities for Seniors as a contractor and have been deeply touched by the caring, family atmosphere of The Medallion. I would personally choose The Medallion when my time comes! The activities, the atmosphere, the food, and, most importantly the dedicated staff, all make The Medallion a very special place for the next chapter of one's life when the time comes for the extra support.

I love The Medallion like they are my family. The Medallion is my second home.
