My experience with the firm was good in some ways and underwhelming in others. Michelle did a great job with the information gathering. She was attentive and created a comfortable environment for me to share my situation. When Scott was late to our call, she responded promptly and assured me I would hear from him.
The intake call with Scott, however, did not go as planned. Given that I had already provided my information in advance and was contacting multiple firms, it would have been reasonable to expect he had reviewed my details and could guide the conversation. Instead, he asked me to start from the beginning. While I was explaining the multifaceted situation, he interrupted to clarify what his firm handles, which spared us from covering irrelevant details.
The call felt rushed, and I later learned from a message Michelle sent that she had been trying to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. The advice I received, though technically relevant, was generic and did not address the interconnected issues in my case. For a meaningful intake, a professional should allocate adequate time and provide guidance that considers the full context. I believe my case has merit, as the actions taken against me by my health insurance company align with violations currently being reported in the news. I would welcome the opportunity for a proper intake call in which adequate time is allocated to review and discuss the full context of my case.

The experience that I have had with this office has been absolutely incredible.
I had brain surgery in January of 2023.
Since my surgery, I have had numerous issues arise; from problems with my insurance plan, to incorrect hospital billing, to the lack of proper care by healthcare providers, as well as continued severe headaches and other neurological symptoms post-surgery.
The past year has been a very trying time for me; I have really struggled. During this whole ordeal, there have been only a few professionals who have genuinely appeared to care about the situation I have been stuck in, and who have gone out of their way to try to help me; two of these individuals being Mr. Scott Glovsky and his assistant, Mr. Bruce Kaimo.
It is has been so refreshing to be able to have encounters with such kind and ethical people, especially since I was beginning to wonder if these types of people still exist.
My first encounter with this office was months ago when I was struggling with medical insurance issues. I spoke with Mr. Glovsky’s assistant Bruce, who was very thorough and professional. He explained to me that I had an employer-funded ERISA insurance plan, and even though their office was not able to provide assistance with these types of plans, Mr. Glovsky was still willing to have a phone consultation with me.
When I spoke Mr. Glovsky, he spent the full 15 minutes of the consultation providing me with information about my insurance plan, and explained to me the next steps I should take to attempt to resolve the issue. This was a free consultation; he was aware, going into the call, that he was not going to profit off of my situation, but still chose to help me anyway. This is a sign, to me, of a person who is of very high moral character.
I recently contacted his office again, after a year of struggling, inquiring about the medical situation I am in. His assistant, Bruce Kaimo, responded back to me and was extremely helpful in providing me with information as to how I should proceed.
Based on the experiences I have had, I would not hesitate to recommend this law office to anyone who is seeking legal assistance. If only they took cases in the area of practice that I am looking for, they would be my first choice. I trust them and their advice.

My husband and I reached out to Scott for some advice on what we thought would be a pending lawsuit. He reviewed what we sent him and was able to give us terrific advice and great verbiage to use in our letter. With his help it didn't reach the lawsuit stage. We are grateful for his advice. Never thought I’d be ghosted by an attorney. After one preliminary call with Scott where he told me this sounded like a straight forward case and to send him all of the details, I never heard from him again. That was almost two months ago. I’ve sent 4 follow up emails, along with the original email that took me time to put together and contained private information. I’ve also left messages on the firm’s answering service, none of which were responded to.
To say he was unprofessional and outright rude is an understatement. After an already bad faith experience with my insurance company (hence why i reached out in the first place), I’d say there’s more than one party acting in bad faith. Maybe he’s greedy and hand picks cases worth a certain amount, or maybe he’s just downright unprofessional. Would not recommend him or this law firm to anyone.
I would like to thank Scott Glovsky for his help with my situation. Very sharp and on top of things . His recommendation certainly got the ball rolling much faster from the Insurance company ( Scan ) my Medicare health care provider. And when he’s says he will get back with you, he certainly does.

I had a quick question about my existing disability policy. Scott was the only person that actually called me back, answered my questions and told me what to do for my circumstances. No one wants to be disabled, no one wants the run around or to be ignored. Hopefully the time never comes when you need disability help. But, if it does, Scott is the only person to call. It would be silly to waste your time and effort looking for a better attorney to handle your case.

I called several Claremont area law offices looking for legal help for my elderly mother. Most did not return my call or emails, but Scott...I had barely finished my email message to him when he called me back. He does not practice elder law, unfortunately for me, but he had plenty of ideas and lawyer references which he provided pro bono. Not many do this, as we all know. So for me Scott is more than an excellent lawyer and professional--he is a really decent and caring person.

Scott has been a friend of the family for many years. Happily, we have not had need of legal services in some time, but we recently had an issue with the management company at an apartment complex where we had taken a short-term rental. Our upstairs neighbor flooded us out- forcing us to move as the they rehabbed the apartment. A month later, we had to move back in. When we filed a claim for lost wages and reimbursement of direct costs for the moving company and utilities, the management company told us to seek redress from the upstairs neighbor’s insurance company. This was after they promised to cover all our costs.
We drafted a letter to the management company…then thought better and sought Scott’s services. We weren’t prepared to do battle with a mega-company – but Scott was. This wasn’t a complicated case, but Scott gave it the attention and care as if it were. He was immediate in his assistance, comprehensive in his advice and direction, unrelenting in pressing for the claim to be paid – all with the edge of sharp civility which distinguishes successful litigators. He gave us confidence and support while we worked our way through the expected correspondence of give-and-take – and ultimately the management company gave in completely: paying the claim themselves, fully. Because of Scott’s careful and unfailing management of the issue, we concluded with all monies requested, and with a minimum of personal wear and tear. We would recommend Scott as counsel, unconditionally.
