Schoenherr Roofing Reviews Reviews

The new roof and gutters look great, and we are happy with the quality of the finished work. However, the project took much longer than expected. While things started off well, the delays were a bit frustrating. To their credit, Schoenherr Roofing did come back out to address the repairs we requested and made an effort to improve our experience and make things right. We appreciate that follow-through and we are pleased with the final results.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. Paid $22,000 so far and still have many unresolved issues.

I highly recommend Schoenherr Roofing. Working with Matthew Brown and Chad Hulcy has been extremely satisfying. They have been informative, honest, and clear about everything needed for our roof repairs after it was damaged in a storm.

I had a great experience working with Daniel Blunden, The project manager for my roof installation with Schoenherr Roofing. Daniel did a great job managing the project and making sure everything went smoothly. I appreciate his professionalism and the work he put into overseeing the installation. I’m very happy with the experience and would recommend Daniel and Schoenherr roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

From beginning to end the experience was great. The person who came out to look at my roof and give me a price was professional and clearly explained what would be done. He even took pictures in my attic to show me problem areas. The job overseer contacted me before to tell me the planned schedule and was in touch during the process. The dumpster contact let me know when it would be dropped off. The crew showed up on time and worked very hard for the two days it took to do my roof. They protected the plants and landscape lighting I was concerned about and cleaned up well after. The overseer came after the installation to make sure everything was completed. This company was a bit more expensive than the other one I was considering but it was worth it for the quality experience.

They put new wood on my roof. Then the underpayment and then the shingles. They were friendly they cleaned up when they were done and tarped all the property near the house

The guys and gals at Schoenherr roofing did a nice job at replacing our roof on our single-family starter home. The crew was in and out in one day with good weather, and the price was reasonable, especially for the cash option. The only thing I would say is have the Crew go through and scan for nails in your garage if you get your garage roof replaced. We had about 15-20 Roofing nails on the floor in our garage as well as a lot of shingle debris and small pieces of wood. Other than that, Jeff, Josh and Ingrid were great.

Awesome is the word that comes to mind for Schoenherr Roofing! From Leo @ the beginning to explain everything to us about the product, then to Joshua who facilitated the process, and Ingrid who was our foreman on the job. From the permits, to making final decisions on our roof color "Summer Harvest" Everything was brought up to code. It was so streamlined down to Bryan our dumpster guy dropping off and picking up. You don't do a new roof everyday and we wanted it done right. Thank you for going above and Beyond! You are a credit to the industry!

It was a pleasure doing business with SCHOENHERR ROOFING we can’t say enough about your project manager, Matt. He was so efficient keeping us up on every step-by-step and what to expect each day. He followed up numerous times on the progress. Hector and his crew were very careful with the protection of our windows and our barbecue around the house. They were fast and efficient. It is sometimes difficult to find a company that is honest and does what they say they’re going to do. We would highly recommend SCHOENHERR ROOFING to our family and friends! God bless and keep up the good work! PS Matt came by to make sure there weren’t any nails in the driveway or on our patio and recheck the roof - Love that guy!

Alex and the Schoenherr Roofing crew did a really good job on our new roof, which is somewhat complicated with several gables, a portion that is flat and another area with a 2-12 pitch. We weren't able to be present during the work but Project Manager Dan routinely communicated by sending texts and photos. The 350 sq ft flat roof received a custom rebuild, using the EPDM system which created new low slopes with insulating board underneath. The crew did a great job installing a new skylite and installing the Deck-Air vent system for the house's low slopes. The rows of shingles are straight as are the ridge vents and Deck-Air vents. The dumpster was brought in as a large 4 wheeled trailer, so there was no effect on our asphalt, and it was removed promptly. Alex and his crew replaced rotten OSB and 1 x 6 roof boards, and improved a chimney flashing and cricket which has been a problem for years. They were careful of landscaping. Most of the work was done in about 2 days. The new roof looks great and we can certainly recommend Schoenherr Roofing.

I had a top notch experience with this company. I was communicated with every step of the way. I had to have all new wood as well as shingles and doubted that it would be finished in one day, but it was. They also did a stellar clean-up job at the end. Many thanks to David Schaffer my salesman, Josh H. the project manager, and Yefran the foreman. Great job!
