To everyone who may need their roof replaced.... With various roofing companies here in Michigan. I selected Schoenherr Roofing to replace my 25 year old roof. It was a stress free experience, and the manager Korey kept me up to date from start to finish. There wasn't any debris on my property and the roof looks beautiful. I recommend you call them, you will not be disappointed.

We found it really off-putting that your company requires BOTH my husband and me to be present for a roofing quote. We’re aligned on decisions like color, shingle preferences, and budget, so this felt unnecessary. The insistence on having both of us there came across as pushy and, frankly, a bit uncomfortable. We weren’t planning to use “needing to talk it over” as an excuse, we simply wanted a straightforward quote. You may want to reconsider this policy, or at least how strongly it’s enforced, as it negatively impacted our experience.

Highly Recommended – Schoenherr Roofing! I recently had my entire roof replaced by Schoenherr Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Working with Schoenherr was great from start to finish. No pressure sales tactics (Josh was great), lowest price of the three proposals we vetted, quick turnaround (1 month from initial appointment to project completion), polite and timely crew (led by Luis) doing the work, great communication from Chad throughout the work including progress updates and pictures, the final product looks great, and my yard is exactly how it was before the work started. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Their sales person, Austin Schaffer, was both personable and professional and provided ample information and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Their project manager, Korey Reyelts, was also personable and professional and his communication was timely and thorough. The team came in at 7 AM and finished our whole 2600 square-foot roof by 6 PM! We are very impressed with the quality of roofing material and shingles and the quality of work they performed. We cannot have imagined a better roofing experience!

A big shout out to Jeff, Chad, Luis and their team at Schoenherr Roofing! They did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were very thorough during the original roof removal and even replaced OSB boards that showed mold buildup. Constant communication and pictures were sent throughout the process. A roof replacement process is messy, but the team made sure not a single shingle or nail was left behind. The crew respected our property and made sure everything was being handled with care. Chad also made couple visits onsite making sure the roof work done looked flawless. Would recommend if you are in the market for a roof replacement.

The team understood that a project of this size cannot be decided upon immediately, and gave us time to digest the quote and determine a path forward. Their gutter hangers are incompetent. One of my rain gutters was hung so that it drained away from the downspout and overflowed the far end of the gutter. After numerous calls they said a crew came out and fixed it but the next time it rained same problem. I called 2 more times and they never came back. Finally gave up and fixed it myself. Now my roof is leaking and the rep who came out to inspect it tried to blame the leak on the rain gutter repair even though it is in a total differt area of roof. Gave my wife a tube of caulk and left. That is what their great warranty is worth. I would not hire them to fix my doghouse roof.
