We reviewed this incident internally and confirmed that the driving behavior described did not meet the standards we expect from our team. We sincerely apologize for putting other drivers at risk and understand why this was concerning to witness.

Our employees are expected to operate company vehicles safely, responsibly, and professionally at all times. We have addressed this incident directly and are taking the appropriate steps internally to ensure our expectations are clear and that this type of behavior is not repeated.

We do appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. In situations involving immediate safety concerns, we encourage anyone who witnesses an issue to contact our office as soon as possible. A phone call allows us to investigate and address the situation right away rather than learning about it days later through a review.
