nightmare , don't waste your time or money, they have no record as I am the owner of a Bike that a company painted for me and they sent them the wrong color paint , these guys are chumps

We have no record at all of a customer with this name. Having read reviews of different companies by this person (all one star), it seems that we are not the first. Of course, any genuine problems can usually be resolved, but in this instance we are not able to assist or comment further.

they guaranteed a perfect match, I asked multiple times , they used the wrong address , and the package was late . the paint finally arrived after we didn't need it anymore , we sprayed a card it was a different color. (see pic they sent us the light blue) we filed a claim with paypal but it was decided in their favor as it was delivered and we filed the claim to early and should have waited , we are now disputing it with credit card , they wont respond to our emails DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

great service, excellent colour match, both the Mistral grey metallic and cyan storm base coat in aerosol spray. was given great advice by Phil (customer services) on how to apply the paint too. my first order and can’t fault the service.

This is the best business experience I can remember ever having. Customer service is astounding. They sent painting instructions along with the paint. They coordinated delivery with other companies. They recommended paint quantities based upon the model that I am restoring. I just can't say enough about what a fantastic interaction that I had with them.

I made 2 paint purchases and the customer service was world class. They communicated with me from the moment I placed the order until it arrived. They were vital in helping me with the customs process which was quite challenging. The shipping price to the US was extremely reasonable and I received both orders within a few days of placing the order. Very happy to do business with them.

Very helpful on the' phone, and very quick delivery. I've used them before and I'll certainly use them again. Since then I had one of their cans, unused, explode on the shelf. Other cans nearby were fine so the can was clearly faulty. When I contacted them about it the response was lukewarm despite the mess. Just grateful I was not nearby at the time.

Thank you Geoffrey for your review. As I understand it, the team did offer to replace the aerosol immediately.
Did you get any photos please and did you keep the aerosol? An exploding cannister is highly unusual to say the least and I would want to gain the strongest assurances from our supplier that this would not happen again.
I would also want to send the remains of the aerosol to the supplier for them to examine and report.
