Sorry to hear about your experience. However the cards chosen were from the end of line clearance section (bargain bucket, £1 and under) supplied printed with your personalised Information including a matching blue envelope. Your order was of a very small quantity. Even the job was small, we accepted it. The card (text, layout) was revised many many times to get it to your satisfaction. Even getting the correct shade of blue took along time with many prints to match your specific colour, which we finally got it the end. It's noted that you came in a commercial works van , some of the cards could have got soiled whilst handling. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure the best possible quality assurance. Your full money was refunded , unfortunately the cards will have to goto waste as they were specifically printed for you. To be fair for all the typesetting, printing, and supplying an envelope, and after all that getting your money back cannot be bad and really doesn't warrant a bad review.
