They were true life savers for me. Not knowing what was wrong except my washer was a gush of water all over the room. My girlfriend who is handy said you have a clog so I turned to the only ones that’ could help and called my septic experts They same almost immediately and said it was a clog in my Septic. I’ve never had a septic system and River Valley was recommended to me by a friend. Mathew was my service guy and was very knowledgeable about my system and explained how everything worked. He did an excellent job locating my lids, digging them up and pumping out my tanks. I learned so much in such a short amount of time that I feel that I could start my own septic company.

RVS is the best. They are informative - answering questions and offering explanations. They’re prompt, courteous and have kept our system healthy and up to code. We have a second property that’s a bit of a hike, but River Valley was willing to go the distance and service our system there. I would recommend Regan and his team any day!

River Valley Septic is the only Septic Company you should be calling. Regan is very knowledgeable in all aspects and not just pumping your tank. In an emergency Regan and River Valley Septic will be there to help, I have used them in an Emergency on a few different occasions and when we had to make the difficult decision to sell my parents place Regan came right out and pumped the septic tanks and did some repairs that were long overdue which helped the sale tremendously. I would not even think of calling someone else, you can’t find a more honest and hard working person than the Regan.
