This company has poor communication Surprised by their reviews because I had a horrible experience. Total waste of time. They did great at the pool cleaning part but where they lack is service and repair work so hopefully nothing goes wrong with the pool. Was informed 8/14 that my pool was looking cloudy and the sand filter wasn't working great. I told them I had noticed that with all the dust storms rolling through. I was left with the impression that they were going to talk with their repair tech on next steps of swapping sand. Weeks go by and no further communication regarding this until I reached back out. Was then advised by Matt that they could have this done the week of 8/31 which I approved to proceed because I wanted it looking good for labor day weekend. Fast forward to end of the week on 9/4 and nothing done. They did show up to clean the pool so I went outside to ask status and was told Tuesday 9/8. I was still patient at this point and was like yeah Tuesday 9/8 is fine given the labor day weekend. I was already waiting 4 weeks at this point so not like I had a choice. Thursday 9/10 and nobody showed up this week, called or emailed. Poor communication. What is surprising is that I am a newer customer as well so they so busy with clients it doesn't hurt to lose them. A lot of other pool companies in the valley and this is one I would never recommend to anyone. All I wanted was a pool company that could clean my pool weekly, bill me for services as needed to keep my pool looking good. Apparently to much to ask for and they don't need my $. Will keep looking until I find the right pool company.

Risi Brothers are the absolute BEST! We didn’t think our pool could look this good! It is the best it’s ever been in 6 years (after 2 weeks in their care)! Alec is Amazing! So kind and knowledgeable and optimistic! He turned the pool completely around!! They send a text when on the way and finished, and even send pictures and a pool report each time by email. They are so professional and helpful!! Plus the Brothers are super kind and involved - checking out the pics and communicating with us so nicely via text. Total Dream Team! Stop searching you just found your pool service Risi brothers have been Great with helping me take care of all my pool needs. My husband passed away suddenly in Oct - he was the one maintaining our pool. I tried but with everything else it was to much. I had thought i did my research but not enough; as i hired a different company who did not show up routinely, prices flexuated and after $6,000 for acid wash, clean calcium off of pool and new updated pool equipment. I couldnt get them to follow through. Then the new equipment had a leak. I was done with them and just wanted someone to make sure everything is in working order and take care of my pool on a weekly bases. I went back to researching and FOUND Risi brothers. They have been Great. Alec maintains the pool weekly; and if i have a question or concern. I can call, text or email and either Chris or Matt gets back to me pretty quickly. They sent out Bruce and he fixed the minor leak quickly. With Risi brothers taking care of my pool maintenance, this is one less item on my weekly chore list. THANK YOU. I'm very glad i found them

I’ve had an excellent experience with Risi Pool Brothers Pool Services. They have been nothing short of exceptional over the past couple of months. When I first started with them, my pool was on the verge of turning green, and they completely turned it around. Most recently, I had an issue with my pool equipment that caused water to flood my yard. They responded quickly and took immediate action to make sure everything was handled properly. Not only did they address the issue, but they’re also coming back out promptly to clean the pool and ensure everything is in top shape. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service really stand out. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pool. Thank you, Risi!

Had them come out to drain my pool and acid wash. Not only were their prices extremely competitive but they were fast, efficient, and left our pool sparkling! Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to pool water and offered great advice. I highly recommend them!
