Alec and Chris were personable and prompt for my early morning service. They told me what they were going to do and why. Once done they explained more as to how they treated and went over what I should look for and what the warranty entailed. I was thrilled with their service, and now we will see how well the termites are not!

This was the best experience you could have. As soon as I called they worked me into the schedule even though it was late in the afternoon. When the service person Michael came he was quick, thorough, pleasant and even checked the surrounding areas around the home. I will definitely use their service again. No contract, just straight pricing for the job requested.
Thomas Mccurdy came to spray for the scorpions that plague our Tucson home. We’ve had several great technicians, though we love having Thomas keep the bugs outside for us. Great service, phenomenal attitude, and he asks questions about our property instead of telling us. He’s a true gem and I hope he stays at RIGO for a very long time. We’ll stay as long as he does.

The 2 young men who showed up to treat our home were knowledgeable & friendly, plus they called & asked if they could show up earlier then scheduled appointment time, answered all my questions & some helpful advise & reminded me of their 1 year warranty. Last week I received a call from Rigo Pest Prevention reminding me to have a termite inspection. I said, it's doubtful whether I have them. The inspection showed evidence of Subterranean Termites in a garage space without any wood. I was shocked! Fortunately, Alec, the Lead Termite Technician was available to do the Termite Extermination. He and his crew knew exactly what to do and did not damage walls with treatment sprays. Both the interior wall and the exterior walls were treated. They were fast and efficient. And, Alec called and said they were ahead of their schedule and offered to do the extermination earlier if we were available. YES! What a relief to take care of this problem. Thank you Alec. Thank you Rigo for reminding me to have this inspection.
