We recently had Riggi Paving install a new paver patio and asphalt driveway, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial conversations with Vince and Debbie to seeing Frank onsite working alongside his crew, everything was smooth and professional. Frank offered helpful suggestions about drainage and design that we hadn’t considered, and we’re so glad we took his advice—the results speak for themselves. The crew was fantastic: friendly, respectful, and incredibly tidy. They made sure the work area was cleaned up and roped off at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Riggi Paving to anyone looking for quality paving, concrete or patio work!

Can’t say enough about how professional every employee of this company was while working on our home . The attention to detail and no problem attitude of the owner Frank who personally oversaw the project from start to finish was impressive. I would recommend Frank and his crew to anyone . I wish they did kitchens and baths I’d hire them back tomorrow. lol

If I could give negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! The employees are inept. Owner tried to place blame me for an ethical issue, falsely claiming I used his permit with another contractor. Who does this! Any business who knows permits/ applications/ inspections would check with the town who issued the permit first to start investigating such a claim. Blaming a customer who never had the work completed by this company is just inconsiderate and incomprehensible! Beware!

I think it's important to mention that we received an email from the town on June 27th, 2023. It stated that we had passed inspection at your listed address. However, as you know, we did not perform any work at your location.

Agreed to do the job beginning of July. Was told 6 week wait. After 6 weeks told I needed to wait some more. I waited. We had a long dry spell in the summer so I thought we wouldn't have to wait much longer. I was wrong. Mid- late October was told to get permits. Took time off from work - my town requires two separate permits for what we needed done. They scheduled the job for early November but then cancelled because of weather. When I asked if they will reimburse permit costs since one of them was almost expired and I had to wait months instead of weeks, they hung up the phone on me. It has now been almost 6 months. Never heard back from these jerks and I'm out permit costs and wasted time. Now we are in winter and can't do job. Don't waste your time. It's not worth the aggravation to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness.

We would like to genuinely apologize for any disappointment you have had. Our intention is to always offer the best service possible, and we are sorry for any miscommunication related to your project.

In our last conversation, we discussed that concrete needs to be poured at certain temperatures. Unfortunately, the day your job was scheduled it was extremely cold and windy, with temperatures below freezing. It was our understanding that you knew the job would be performed in the spring, particularly because November 2019 was such a frigid month. Unfortunately, you were not able to obtain the building permit earlier in the season, but by mid-October weather can become questionable.

Riggi Paving will not perform jobs without a building permit as we respect the rules of the municipalities and the state. The building permit belongs to the homeowner and is designed to protect homeowners from contractors that do not meet the requirements of the state to qualify for a permit. In most towns, permits are valid for 6 months to one year. So, performing the job in the spring will be within the time frame that your permit will be valid for.

Once again, we regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding, particularly in regards to the proper weather conditions necessary to perform the quality job you deserve. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I just had my old driveway repaved. I can not say enough about the experience. From the front office to the all the workers you did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure speaking with Debbie in the office who kept me informed as to when the work would be done. Frank (the owner) was at the job site at the time I was told. He stayed through the whole job overseeing his employees and made certain suggestions that I did not think about. The job was done very professionally and when finished, it was left totally clean. I highly recommend using Riggi Paving for your next paving project.

They're totally professional and by far the best in the North Jersey. Completely fair priced and on time. I'm an incredibly hard customer and they came through to exceed my expectations. We have used Riggi paving on multiple occasions and they are the most honest and professional company we have dealt with. During one of the most recent jobs they did was they solved a safety situation for the residents of our senior living community. While another company wanted to repave the whole area costing over $100k, Riggi Paving's owner, Frank Riggi, suggested another solution that saved our company $1000's of dollars by installing a catch basin to tie into an existing drain. This shows the experience, honesty, and excellent workmanship of Riggi paving. The staff is kind and always willing to go to the extra mile for their costumers. You could not hire a better company for your paving needs.
