Ridge Valley replaced my roof in 2024. TWith an HOA that was challenging to work with and supply chain issues - Ridge Valley handled it all. It has been 2 years and I am still seeing the quality and value in their work. They were communicative about each phase and when there were things that needed clarification - it was easy to speak with someone. During a time frame when housing values are decreasing and homeowners insurance is increasing - it is my new roof that is allowing me to maintain my rates. Excellent company AND they support St Judes Children's Cancer Hospital!

I am writing this review though I have yet to sign a contract for new siding and windows for my home with Ridge Valley Exteriors of Raleigh. I'm doing so because I am so impressed with their representative, Charlie Pinkston, and his professionalism. Charlie is an impressive individual. From his personal affability to the sincerity and integrity I feel he exudes, it was a pleasure having this young man in my home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he represents, and he shared that knowledge with me freely. I never felt that he was all about the sale regardless of my needs. Instead, he listened and we discussed the vision I had for my home. Make no mistake, Ridge Valley Exteriors offers fine insulated vinyl siding from CertainTeed and fine windows from ProVia, both of which I am considering. However, I can get those products or equally good ones from other companies. What I can't always get is the sense that the company is represented by quality individuals like Charlie. If I choose to do business with Ridge Valley Exteriors, it will be for several reasons: cost, quality of materials, company reputation, etc. However, if the decision is a close one, I can assure that Charlie will be the deciding factor.
